Appalling customer service, I'm being hounded for my assessment but I've tried 10 times and I cant submit to it just swirls around and around. I've emailed several times with no avail.
The website had to telephone number on it to call. (Luckily its on Trustpilot although people don't seem to be getting any response there either.) Quick enough to take the money though, Since John and Karla left its just been down hill.

I was reluctant to order from Dr Frank because the reviews were not great but im glad I gave them a try because the service was great order and received my pen within 11 days i ordered overvthe weekend and take another weekend into this it wasn't bad st all

Such a poor experience my money was taken Thursday and it’s been a week and my medication has still not been dispatched. I’ve asked for a refund also and had no response I was promised that I would have my medication dispatched on Tuesday I’m now completely out of medication and being completely ignored. There’s no one you can contact though the phone only email and you get no help just false promises over email. I’m canceling my subscription and going elsewhere. Please avoid at all costs!

Poor service all round. Did my order and not heard anything back from them. I have emailed 5 times. Tried to call daily but phone lines do t work. They have taken my payment and not despatched my order.

I have used dr franks in the past and was completely satisfied. I have just used them again and can honestly say they have been fantastic. Any questions I had were responded to really quickly, delivery time was amazing. I can honestly say Dr franks have been amazing and I have no reason to not give an honest review and would only ever give my honest opinion.

I have an amazing service from Dr Franks from the very start of my journey in Feb 2025. I cannot recommend them enough. When I have had any questions they have responded either guidance, reassurance and patience. Absolutely Fantastic. I have lost 5 stone with them and I eill continue my journey with them.

Great price, prescribed quickly with no drama, did take a couple of extra days for despatch but for the price I was willing to wait

Well so far so good I've had a bad experience in the month of January 2026 but its been rectified all im waiting for is to get my subscription back as I cancelled it by accident so im waiting noone gets back to you straight away and you cannot ever get them on the phone ever

Not able to get any response from many emails after taking the money. Phone lines are never open. No other way to get a response from them.

UPDATE 13.04.26; After emailing constantly for a week and finally threatening to report this company to trading standards and advising I would be claiming a refund through my credit card, I received a response today advising that even though I have used wegovy before I did not meet their requirements to join their ‘programme’. I’m told my refund can take up to 10 days, so I’ll be claiming the daily interest accrual from them too. Honest, I can not express this enough; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

So far every excuse has been used not to issue my prescription. They won’t respond to emails or calls. Thankfully I’ve used my credit card to pay so I will be claiming a refund through section 75. Honestly, stay away from this company.

Easy to complete assessment and upload images. This was then followed up with a confirmation email and then within a few day my medication was delivered.
