Get in touch, phone constantly unavailable emails not replying very quick too take the money shockingly poor/ pathetic customer service ; totally unprofessional company .

Quick and professional service. Starting from the online video call for assessment till the monthly supply. Also the prices are better than others which is something good for the monthly payments.

I have lost more than 10kg within the first three months along side hitting the gym as well. Very good for weight loss and cropping your appetite. I highly recommend.

Struggled to know where I was up to with my order. Difficult to get in touch with someone.
Not a personalised service at all.
Also dropped my dosage and did not get a refund of the difference.

Good assessment at outset.
Initial hiccups with delivery of the medication required direct contact with Dr Frank as messages to the webpage were not answered leading to delays in delivery by a week, that said, the response was rapid and effective. By the next cycle the process of ordering the next pen was set out effectively.
Now the pen arrives as scheduled.
I have had no side effects and have achieved my desired weight loss.
There are emails and links through the web page to educational content that I found very helpful.
