Nice scents but last a week or so.
No subscription reminders so they take your money and run without being able to change scents.
So expensive for what they are and take an age to arrive. Will stick to cheap bog standard car fresheners from now on

I’m highly disappointed in this company I came across them on instagram decided to try them ok the first delivery went fine.then on my 2nd attempt I noticed they started charging my card for monthly billing which I never subscribe to anything! I used 2 different card and they hit both of my card then one of the card they hit 2x in this month for $19 & $30 so annoyed and wish I never ordered from them ! They will steal your money do not order from them. I also recommend them to my friend on my first try and guess what they also hit her card for monthly billing and she also did not subscribe to anything! This is called fraud if you do not have a customer’s consent for monthly billing you should not steal peoples money ! Are you that Thristy for money

I have ordered most of your items. They smell so good. Amber is one of my favs but I know more is to be tried. My house smells so good

Nice smell lasted about a month or so, but took absolutely ages for it to arrive, so won’t be ordering again sorry at the guys at drift.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I saw this advertised and thought it looked like something I’d really enjoy — I couldn’t have been more wrong. Nowhere is it made clear that this is a monthly subscription, which feels completely misleading from the start.

Trying to cancel has been an absolute nightmare. I genuinely believed I had cancelled, yet the money was still taken from my account — not just once, but again the following month. When I reached out for a refund, I was met with a generic response about their warehouse processing orders immediately, with no real effort to resolve the issue.

On top of that, you’re locked into the same scents with no option to change them, which completely defeats the purpose of a subscription in the first place.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The price does not reflect the quality or how long the scent lasts — if you’re looking for a long-lasting air freshener, this is definitely not the place to shop.

I would give these a ZERO if I could … firstly it fails to meet the hype, they smell strongly when you open and install into your car but the smell fades rapidly!!!!!

Then when you cancel your subscription they still send out the refill and take your money … a fretful arrived today and I immediately checked my account thinking that i had not cancelled it as I thought but it clearly states “reactivate subscription” on my account so I had cancelled it !!!! If they send another I will take them to small claims court, I’ve tried to contact through their “help centre” but low and behold there is no where to send a message just a load of verbatim regarding issues ????

Do not order from this company … substandard products which they will not allow you to cancel AND they won’t allow you to send back !!!! SCAM

They do not tell you anywhere that when you buy the first kit you are signing up for recurrent mailings. They are so strong you have to keep vehicle windows down and they stop working within 10 days. I have contacted them several times about a charge I didn't authorize and they refuse to answer.

I waited for more than two weeks for it to be delivered and the scent lasted for 3 days only. Very disappointing, will not be buying again.

I love the smell of the John Wick scent but the magnet is not strong enough to keep it in place. I’ve only had it for a couple days and it’s already fallen off and gotten lost. 😞

I was happy with them for about a year until they sent me an empty box that should have included a $55 order. It was horribly packed too, no shipping tape was used , only a single flimsy rubber band. I made several attempts to reach out to customer service and only one guy got back to me after days of waiting for reply, and he was avoidant of the situation. This has been going on for more than 2 weeks and I still haven’t had this issue addressed with costumer service. Find someone else, I’ve had great experiences with pura.

Dont buy anything from these people. It is all shady. The stuff smells absolutely disgusting but worse, they pretend you signed up for a subscription. I cant figure out how to get my card off their site. Nightmare.

DO NOT ORDER! We have tried for over a year to cancel a subscription my husband did not choose to have. They have no phone number that is answered, no email that they will respond to and no way to connect with a human. $55 a month withdrawn regardless of our efforts to stop it.

I would advise you not to order if you are in the UK. It has taken 5 weeks for my order to arrive, with no particular explanation. Drift uses an AI chat bot to answer queries and does not respond to emails. They ignore negatives comments on social media but acknowledge positive ones.

The company automatically, and without telling you, places you on a reoccurring subscription that you are unlikely to notice until it informs you it is about to ship.

Product scent isn’t noticeable.

Love the product, would definitely have bought again HOWEVER was signed to a subscription that I didnt agreed to, or notice at the time.

Have been billed again for a product I didnt want.

I had to create an account for their site, to cancel the subscription, the site works perfectly fine till you hit the final "YES I WANT TO CANCEL" button then it crashes. Tried multiple browsers and devices, its a tactic so you cant cancel.

I've been on their AI chat, which says someone will email you within 24 hours (which they dont)

I've emailed them without response.

Their business model is to set you up on a subscription without your knowledge and make it impossible to cancel.

Smell is good, it last a bit longer than any 1£ one, however, for some reason, this people think it’s a good idea to automatically charge you a monthly bill without your consent. I bought two to try and I was put into a monthly subscription and you only find out on the second month when they attempt to get money from your account. This is the usual scam company that we find around internet.
In my case they are charging more than my phone monthly bill.

Be warned!! You'll be unable to cancel your subscription. Their website freezes (conveniently) when attempting to cancel subscription. I've had to go through my bank to remedy the situation. I suggest avoiding.

It seems impossible to cancel the subscription. You have to go through endless confirmations and then the final confirmation does not refresh or conclude. I will have to now contact my bank to report fraud.
