Can’t get hold of this company anyone know why

Excellent range, Price and Delivery. Very well packed

A good trader And I Have no complaints, however, the last order arrived with one broken bottle despite being very well packaged. I contacted drinks chest and they asked for a photo of the bottle which I duly forwarded but I have not heard back from them. it would have been a full 5 stars apart from this problem

Drink advertised for sale Appleton 12 year old rum that turns out not to be available,
Promises of refunds of part orders that don’t happen or there are further excuses regarding world pays ability to refund back.
Do not use this company as it does not deliver on time, even when you pay express deliveries, advertises items that are not available and then does not refund money properly on time.

I'm leaving my original 1 star review below, but had to amend as follows. So, eventually, after several phonecalls (seriously, don't bother messaging, they won't reply) I got through to someone. Conveniently, my 'next day order' was just being packed up, despite it being a couple of days since I actually ordered it. I pointed out that I paid extra for next day delivery, which was met with the response 'I suppose I could refund you the difference'.... Yes. Yes you should.
Anyway, was told they'd do that and that my order would be with me tomorrow.
Tomorrow cane and went, and I neither had the order nor the refund. I foolishly sent another message explaining this, stupidly not following my own rule. Obviously I got no reply.
Anyway, 5 days after making my 'next day delivery' order I actually got the order.
To date I'm still waiting for my refunded postage....
In short, not crooks, just incompetent. That is betterI guess.

I'm actually beginning to think these guys are crooks and not a legitimate company at all. I put an order it for next day delivery (which I paid extra for) that on the 3rd day I'm still waiting to move from 'being fulfilled'.
I've phoned them twice to find out some information and the phone isn't answered, and they haven't responded to my web mail either.
I'm glad I paid via PayPal and shall be making a claim imminently, but my advice is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please read all as to why i have given 3 stars.
My order arrived saper vodka 3 grenades of 3 different flavours except i had 2 the same, so rang thier number 4/5 times no answer. Get a call back quite quickly i explain and the man said he will check he then came back said i was right should be 1 red,1 brown , 1white. I had 2 brown and 1 white. He arranged collection for the whole order and said once recieved would send out correct order.

Nearly a week later not heard from them so again rang again needed 5+ calls was told it would be sent out that day. Two days later it arrived with the exactly the bottles as before! So for the third time I've called again 5+ before an answer (now this is why i gave only 3) after explaining again the man now tells me that it's correct!!! I'm suppose to have 2 brown then i tell him No I'm not you said last time i wad right and i had double checked their website and the box to make sure it wasn't me in the wrong before i called this time, after i have said no it's not he then agrees with me and says "oh yeah you're right!"

However i was told that i could keep the ones i have and they will send out the red one on it's own as an apology. This was fine with me and i would have given 4 possible 5 as they had tried to sort it and gave me a bottle free but the blatant lie is what has made me score lower.

Would i use again? Yes but if a wrong order happens again I'd probably just ask for a refund next time.

I´m a german customer. Unfortunately, my desired item wasn´ t available, just like in whole Germany. They made me a nice offer, but for personal reasons I chose the refund. I received it immediately. The communication was very kind.

I keep this Company in mind. Maybe we come together for a purchase later.

Excellent selection and some very competitive prices

I ordered the Red Army Vodka Kalaschnikov AK47 1L + Liqueur 0.2L and while it arrived promptly it arrived with only 5 of the 6 shot glasses it was supposed to come with. Also one of the glasses was missing the better part of the Red Army logo. Other than that it was as advertised.
Luckily I only have 1 friend so it's not a major issue.

The quality of the drinks was superb. The packaging meant that there was no likelihood of damage. The speed of delivery was excellent.
