I bought it...then I didn't

You make your order....then you get a refund! EXCUSE GIVEN: For some inexplicable reason the last bottle has been damaged and they are unable to send it. What a crock!

Fantastic Customer Service

I did have a couple of issues with the product I ordered due to a manufacturing fault with the adhesive used on the bottle (It was the Kalashnikov Vodka Ammo Box Gift Set) but the level of customer service and the lengths that Drinks Chest went to to rectify the issue was just fantastic. I would certainly recommend them. Their prices are fair and the shipping was very reasonable and very fast! The guys I dealt with on the phone were a real pleasure, and they ensured that the replacement arrived in time for my partners birthday!
