Expensive returns from the Uk
Uk buyers beware. I ordered a piece costing £68 from the Uk but it was too small. It would cost £33 to return back to Amsterdam tracked delivery and tracked delivery is what is advised. The offer was to return for a refund or get 50% off as store credit. I wish I’d known this before as I probably would not have bought this and I probably won’t be buying from this company again. Customer service communication apart from this aspect is good but this is a big disappointment.

Absolutely love my new jewellery, it is amazingly sparkly and very very special. I think the guarantee encourages me to wear it everyday so it’s practical as well as luxurious. Love it everyday. When my order arrived i loved it, from box to jewelry. Box came in looking fresh and trust chain was looking clean from box to wearing it.
