Great Quality, Useless follow up
The first item I ordered was a crucifix, the quality is extremely good, I've ordered a St Michael's ring too, and see myself building quite a collection... However!
Both these orders stipulated two day delivery, the first took 8 days, the second has been more than a week, and still not left the courier warehouse.
This Company use EVRI couriers, and there's always something with them, late, Mis-delivered, lost, whatever.
I just got an email from Outlaws saying "Evri has hit a bump in the road and we need YOU to follow up with them" Me?? Really?!
You employ the couriers Mr Amsterdam, that's your job.
If they even offered an option like, Free Delivery - Evri
Tracked and signed - Royal Mail, with the option for the customer to pay the postage. Rather that tha Evri!!
Plus, you contact Outlaws from their Contact us bit on their site, they just ignore you, I've written twice now, no response!
The 4 stars is for the quality of the gear, 0 stars for follow up, customer service and ensuring your customers stay sane.

Thank you for the candid feedback and for recognizing the quality of the crucifix. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with shipping delays, and the situation with Evri falls short of the standard expected.
The responsibility for delivery sits firmly with the company, and expecting a customer to clear up a courier issue is not acceptable. The feedback regarding an alternative shipping option like Royal Mail is a valid solution that will be brought directly to management to give customers better control over their deliveries.
Additionally, the lack of response from the contact form is being investigated immediately to ensure messages are no longer missed.
I LOVE my piece
I LOVE my piece, I got 2 of the Together Forever for me & my fiance, he hasn't seen them yet we go on vacation soon and I plan to give it to him then. I also got Ancient 13 ring for my brother as a father's day gift which he loves he wears it all the time now. Very happy 😊 every item is beautifully made. Will continue to grow my collection.

The bracelet was way too small ( child sized not expected quality and the ad didnt offer any sizing options.Cost me £16 to return and still no refund !!!!

The service I received was impeccable.
I did have an issue with one order being misplaced (the couriers fault not theirs) and they went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I cannot fault these guys. 10/10
