Impossible to reach anyone in customer service. I followed their policy to state I wanted to cancel my Fiat subscription. Yet, instead of providing me with the instructions on how to do this, they keep sending me demands for payment. I have emailed them several times and no response. The lack of customer service and responses has been a reoccurring theme throughout my entire time renting from them since August 2022. I'm currently on hold now to speak to someone and they are not even answering their phones. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating as a long term customer.

I needed to make changes to my care rental and completed the required form on 15 July - I received automated responses to say they would be in touch, but have heard nothing since. I resent the form, still nothing. Making changes with the Drivalia UK app was easy - this is a completely different experience. Its cheap because you have to pay up front, and if you cancel they keep 10%, but as you get closer to collection day then % they retain gets higher. I requested changes long before these cuts off so it feels like the lack of response is a stall tactic.
My Booking is with Drivalia France - Bordeaux to be precise. I supplied the booking reference and details with this review and they clearly did not bother to check. Speaks volumes about the service. The telephone number is free phone for France I could not find a number to call internationally.

They gave me the wrong car and it took Drivalia CarCloud nine days to sort it out and provide the correct replacement. The local agents in Avignon were very helpful. Drivalia's helpline, however, was unresponsive at best and perhaps just incompetent. I'm generally patient with travel snafus and understand that mistakes can happen but this customer service is just bad. I can't recommend Drivalia at this time.

They tricked us saying the credit car was nor valid (bank confirmed is was valid) to make us pay for an all included insurance we did not want
Booked through Free2Move in UK. Was really impressed with the staff at the French hire office, very polite and friendly and was given a lovely fiat 500 hybrid. Return was straight forward and deposit was back to me in 48hours. Very good service.

Similar experience to some that I read below.
I need a car yearly for 3-4 months, the CarCloud option seemed a bit more flexible alternative to those that some more settle renting companies offer. So I decided to try with a booking of 1 month to see if they're reliable. The experience has been very disappointing:
I booked a car, they took the money and confirmed the reservation. 3 days after (as per the general conditions of the contract, they are supposed to send you a confirmation or rejection email in 2 working days) they leave me a voice message telling me that the car I requested was not available and proposed me something twice the price.
I tried to contact them several times by phone, wrote to the customer service twice through the "contact" function of the web and once directly answering to the reservation mail and I got no answer at all, not even a rejection of the reservation. So even in the case that I would have been willing to accept the modification on the reservation I wouldn't been able.
I arrive then to the day of the reservation not being sure if I have a car or a not, so I spend all the morning trying to speak to someone until I finally manage to get someone answering the phone. They tell me that my car is not available, and they tell ME (!) to cancel the reservation if I don't accept the proposition they do.
At least the woman on the phone was educated, I don't have complaint about that, but clearly they're not well organised and they're not reliable at all, so, better, if you can afford it, to address yourself to other renting companies that are more trustworthy.
Now I don't have a car, they have my money, and my booking is not even officially cancelled.
BE AWARE _ NOT RELIABLE - FRANCE
Worst service ever.
They confirmed my booking, took payment (300 euros), took security deposit in case of damage(1000 euros).
i called to confirm everything was ok, they cancelled on the whole booking claiming the vehicle was not in stock.
They cancelled the booking the day of.
This company is not reliable.

I had such a terrible experience with Leasys rental cars. Last summer, I rented a car in Florence at your location. Because I had to return the car a little earlier to catch my flight, I started trying to call the company many times for 2 days before the return date, but no one answered. Quite strange since we even tried to call the 'emergency number', which you need to call in case of problems, without any response. Because I could not reach anyone I went to the location to return the car before catching my flight but no one was present yet. I left a note that said that the car keys could be found on their desk and I then left the car in front of the establishment. Weeks later they still haven’t refunded the warranty of the car and told me the reason is that 'the car was returned too late'. Afterwards, they told me that they did not find the car until a week later. This seems very strange to me since it was in front of the door. To this day, I still haven't gotten my deposit back and they refuse to pay it. Outrageous! Never rent a car here.

I had to fill the tank with adblue (of course with their consent). The funny part is that no one knows when they will return my money. avoid any interaction with this company.

Update: DiscoverCars/Leasys contacted me and responded to my comments. The issues were resolved. I think I might consider renting w/them in future.
