When I contacted the dealer, I was told that the car that was advertised did not exist, which was very disappointing. Ford Mondeo Estate 50 miles £36,999.

Harkaran was brilliant!
I dealt with Harkaran who was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Unfortunately on this occasion we were not able to use Hey Car to purchase our car but I would 100% recommend Hey Car and Harkaran to anyone else thinking of buying a car.

Great car but very dirty
The car is excellent and, following an initially period after purchase where communication was lacking, the overall customer experience was good. The car was well priced, especially when the offer of cash back and free delivery is factored in. Unfortunately, when delivered, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the car. I accept that, as the car was driven to me, some exterior dirt etc is unavoidable but the interior of the car was filthy. Surely the dealer could have ensured a full valeting of the car before dispatch.

Communication could’ve been better but happy with purchase
Henor contacted me quickly at the start of the process but wasn’t as easy to get hold of after payment.
I paid, heycar confirmed receipt on the same day but it took 7 days for heycar to tell me they had made payment to the dealer and that it could take 3 working days to clear. I ended up waiting the full 10 working days from payment to receiving my car which is quite a while.
The direct contact I had with the dealer was brilliant; very professional, very responsive and helpful. The driver from the company used to deliver the car was very polite and professional too (after his 5 hour drive). Very happy with my new car.

Simple and clear guidance on the full scope of what the process is, was being liased the whole way by a wonderful gentleman called Harakaran who was curteous and ensured a fast purchase!

Hi I would just like to say about my experience buying a car from heycar UK, I am of an age were you need to be very weary of buying a car on the internet, from the first person I spoke with at heycars I was always kept in the picture at all times .If I needed finance it would be available as it happened I did not need it. Every body I spoke with was most helpful on all occasions. Mrs Ann Cooper.
