Joseph was very helpful from the start. I had no driving experience but was able to pass first time. He is very calm when things may not go right and also gave explanations on what went wrong, and how to improve on it next time. He also gives good information in good time so you know what to expect up the road.

Joseph is an excellent instructor and guided me from zero driving experience to passing first time with 1 minor. He is a kind, patient and dedicated teacher and I would strongly recommend him for any learner.

Today I had my driving test and I had such an amazing driving instructor by the name of Joseph, with drive johnson.

I have been learning to drive with Joseph for three months and through he's teachings, and dedication, today I managed to pass my test, first time!

I cannot thank you Joseph in words for the dedication and support he has provided during these three months. That he goes on holiday tomorrow, and still booked in with me and my test.

I started learning to drive for the first time back in November. I was such an anxious driver but Joseph always made me feel so calm and relaxed. I doubted myself a lot but he always reassured me that I had the skill. And he was right - I passed first time today with only 2 minors all thanks to him. Thank you so much Joseph would 100% recommend.

He’d sometimes be a bit strict but the strictness was definitely needed to ensure that I was being safe on the road. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

I had a very positive experience during my driving lessons with Salih Esa. I had a really easy time learning due to the good teaching and clear instructions. I had an enjoyable journey to passing my test and would highly recommend Salih as a driving instructor.

I could not recommend Drive 321 enough. My instructor, Salih Esa, was fantastic. I went from being a nervous driver to passing first time with only two minors. Salih was kind and very patient and really helped build my confidence on the road. Every lesson was productive and I could feel myself improving with each one. I am grateful to Salih for making my driving experience so positive.

I was the learner and every lesson Rabia was late by 10-30 mins. While I was driving she would ask me to pull up so she could go to her house, go into the shop to buy sweets, to pray and to talk to her friends out the window, leaving me waiting in the car for 10-15 mins. This was almost every lesson. Also when I was driving I felt like because she was on her phone talking to people and texting she was not helping me learn or telling me where to go, I had to ask her where i should go. There was one time there was unexpected traffic and I had to brake quite a lot because it came so quickly and I didn’t recognise the hazard but because Rabia was on her phone she had to use the dual pedals and wasn’t paying attention to what i hadn’t recognised! I felt abit on edge. I had, had a lesson at 11:00am and I was downstairs and ready waiting for her and again she was 30 mins late and I was still waiting. I had contacted her and now she was at least 40 mins late, she stated on the phone that she doesn’t know what time she will get here for and as I had an appointment that same day after my driving lesson Rabia just said to go ahead with the appointment and will schedule another lesson for a sunday. She said she would message me with the date and time. I never got a message until tuesday and when she had said she would contact me it was a friday. She was just in my opinion not a good instructor. I feel that I have completely wasted my money which I don’t have a lot of and have learnt nothing. So avoid Rabia!!

RABIA AVOID
I have used several different driving instructors to get my 5 children theough their tests and NEVER have i ever experienced this unprofessionalism amd had to cancel all lessons.
My daughter Had 7 x 1.5hr lessons with Rabia and by the 7th lesson i had to contact company to complain as i was at the end of my tether.
Rabia was on her phone throughout most if lessons, daughter had to keep asking her where to go and what to do, one time Rabia looked up and had to use her dual controls to brake as daughter had not recognised hazard.
Every lesson she stopped at shops to pay bills and buy herself sweets. Most lessons wemt home for 10mins apparently to use toilet. So much time that i had paid for was wasted as my daughter sat in car waiting for Rabia all the time. Always late for lessons. Occassion where she didnt even turn up for lesson and did not even bother to let us know. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE.
DISGUSTED. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE.

Bad experience. Rabia is a complete fraud. Happy to take customers money and wants to stop at shops, and go in her house for the toilet and to go pray. All whilst we’re paying her for her time. She’s always on the phone and texting. Asking to stop during lessons to see her friends. NOTHING professional about this silly women at all. Cancelled all driving lessons and she would not even refund half of a driving lesson. She should not be in this job. Complained to company and they took her side because she’s self employed through drive 321 they would not get involved. Absolutely ridiculous !! If you’re using this company AVOID RABIA

Salih is a very very good driving instructor. Firm but fair and helps to drill knowledge into your head so you are definitely ready. Passed my test first time and definitely due to the skills of my driving instructor. I appreciate it a lot and definitely recommend!

Great experience and an amazing driving instructor.

Jon was extremely knowledgeable and patient when instructing me on how to drive. He had a great way of explaining all aspects of driving and was able to build up my confidence before my test. He taught me how to safely navigate situations I would find in everyday driving and weathers and gave practical advice. I would highly recommend Jon for any learner!
