the staff was very hospitable, very relaxing and great personality. gave me time to think about my purchase, explained things fully, gave a reasonably truthful rundown of the vehicle i was interested in. helped by giving me discounts were they could. always on the phone to answer teething problem questions.

Jeanette & Jack were absolutely amazing this was the second time having dealt with them and again they exceed expectations rather than a sales person at work they are more like a friend you have known for years and are comfortable with! STAY AWAY!!!!
Bought an Audi A1 from them, and had nothing but problems ever since. First the electrics going 2 months after getting it, then just after a year of having it the engine blowing up (which they repaired but we had to pay for) and they stole a brand new turbo out of my car and replaced it with a used one. Now not even a year after having it fixed the engine light is on and is in another garage getting repaired. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Amazing service beginning to end
After a few years without a car I decided to look into getting one but didn't know where to start. Jeanette was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. She made something that would usually been quite daunting for me easy and stress free. I couldn't reccomend her enough.
