I have just bought my second from here…

I have just bought my second from here and as usual the staff are unbelievably friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for you defiantly the place to go to buy a car. Plenty of choice on wide range of cars and there isn't one for they will look for one with the right price

Get you aircon checked

Bought a Citroën C4 picasso was told it had various checks before I purchased the car including the aircon only to find when took my car to get a second key coded that I had to purchase as they claimed pre sales had 2 keys that the airco
n compressor had a whole in that's why it was not working, they agreed to pay the dealer under the warranty, but over 1 month later i have received a call to advise theu still have not paid for the work.

Thank you for your feedback and we are very disappointed that you feel this way. We would like to reassure you that your vehicle was properly checked as part of our rigorous pre-sales process. The air conditioning was fully re-gassed before the car was ready to sell and was checked again before handover. Unfortunately, as we both realised much later, there was a small hole in the air conditioning which was creating a slow leak. We were naturally very unhappy and disappointed about this and as such were more than happy to repair and pay for this. Unfortunately, due to a delay in receiving the invoice, reimbursement was delayed and we can only sincerely apologise for this.

Due to the nature of reselling pre-owner cars, we cannot always commit to there being two keys with the vehicle. We were of course happy to pay the £140 for you to get a second key, particularly given the delay to the reimbursement and as a gesture of good will.

Steven, we genuinely hope that you are now happy with your vehicle and are disappointed that you did not receive the buying experience that we want all of our customers to have and thankfully, that the vast majority do.

We remain confident in our vehicle checking process as this is completed to a very high standard and are equally confident that this was an unfortunate exception to this. That being said, please don’t hesitate to contact us again, should you require anything else.

Not impressed and Exhausted!!!!!!!!!!!

New Post:
08/08/19 - This is still ongoing.... I making progress with Driven, but it has been a looooong slog to get some form of resolution. Constant calls and emails.
The car has now been taken into a main dealership which is the good news and they can fix the fault (which is good again), the down side is Kia have identified 2 further RED (major) faults with the car!!!
I have now asked Driven Motorgroup to instruct the garage to get ALL issues fixed - Of course I am waiting for a response, which I will now probably chase up daily for the next month or so!!!
I'll update this again in 1 week (w/e: 16th August)
New stats read:
Resolved 1. Ongoing 1. New fault 2.

Driven Motorgroup sold the car to me and to be fair the gent I dealt with was knowledgable and fair.
The post-sales bit has been a shame, I’m going to be on trip no 4 this week (hopefully) to get a part sorted on the car that I bought 3 weeks ago!
Plus, driving back from a family day out I now have a new fault - with the car emissions!!

So we have faults x 3 (in 3 weeks). Resolved 1. Ongoing 1. New fault 1. And this will be trip no 4! Time and effort for me as this place isn’t on my door-step!
What an absolute faff!!!

And to make the matter worse, I purposely didn’t contact with them last week (week ending 12th July) to see if they would contact me about the part I’m waiting for and they didn’t so now we will see if this prompts the call before I call them...

Top class garage

Bought a C-Class from here last week, customer service was brilliant and there was no pressure what so ever, they let you have a look around and check over the cars without hanging over you.
They put on a fresh mot and service for me also.
I would recommend this garage for anyone thinking of buying a car

Happy customer, third time running.

Disgraceful

Told me I was getting a great deal on my car (I don’t know anything about car so trusted a friend who worked there)
Told me my £7.500 car was a great deal and wouldn't get better. Had my car valued today after having it 11 months for them to tell me it’s only worth £3.500.

This company sold me a £7.500 for at the time only being worth roughly £4000!
