I’ve used Pivotal for over 12 months…

I’ve used Pivotal for over 12 months now and the levels of customer service I’ve experienced from them have been exceptional. Having recently renewed my policy, they are making it very difficult for me to even consider other manufacturers offering. Ashley and Chloe within the renewals team have been superb… the communication, the support, the guidance and most importantly the efficiency and ease of renewing has been a first class, 5 star experience - congratulations Pivotal, the service you offer is absolutely market leading in every way!

I highly recommend Pivotal

I have used Pivotal for a number of years and had multiple vehicles at the same time.

For me, the quality of service is a benchmark for not just vehicle subscriptions, but for any service industry.

I have found the cost to be very competitive, and when you add the service excellence, this make the Pivotal solution a must-have for any company car program.

What an amazing company

What an amazing company. From the initial email to the delivery driver. The service and the speed.
Was unbelievable.
Special mention to Tilly and Toby.

Great customer service

I’ve been a customer at pivotal now for a few years, and I’ve always been very pleased with the service. It really takes the hassle out of cars for me, no worries about services, mot, road tax, and insurance.. all dealt with by pivotal so for me, all I have to think about is what car I’d like for the next six months. I regularly deal with Ashley for my renewal and she is always brilliant, she’s responsive to my emails, always tries to get me my first choice of car and keeps me well informed on lead time.

I recently took delivery of a Land Rover Defender 90 through Pivotal, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

The process was smooth, well organised and very professional throughout. Communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently with no issues.

The vehicle was delivered exactly as specified, and the subscription model offers a level of flexibility and convenience that makes it a great alternative to traditional ownership.

A special thank you to Toby, who was extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable throughout.

I would highly recommend Pivotal to anyone looking for a premium and hassle-free driving experience.

Service is great but it's expensive

Service is generally great, Mason in particular did great job getting an issue fixed within a day and collected/returned to my home.

The recent price increases are above inflation though (~12%) which isn't great.
