I had a fantastic experience with Pivotal from the moment I placed my order right through to delivery. The whole process was smooth, well-managed, and completely stress free.
Communication was excellent throughout, and everything happened exactly as promised.
A special shoutout to the delivery driver, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely joyful, it really topped off the whole experience and made delivery day even more enjoyable.

The guys at Pivitol are always available to assist and made the whole process very easy and straight forward. I’ve been using them for a few months now and have just changed my vehicle for a new model. A particular mention to Thomas who made the change of car/contract process seamless with minimal effort on my part, and to Harry who was quick to respond to my emails querying the handover process and assesment of the returning car. A great alternative to traditional car leasing with one payment covering all aspects which minimised admin/hassle.

The product is very good and predictable - brand new cars replaced often, fully insured etc - but what really sets the experience apart is the exceptional service. I’ve been fortunate to have a personal relationship manager in the form of Thomas Priest who has helped me numerous times with outstanding service - choosing the spec of cars, arranging pick up and drop offs at my door, at the same time of our choosing, arranging extended international travel trips etc etc. He exemplifies how great a subscription service can be if accompanied by first class service. Fully recommended!

We have renewed for another vehicle from Pivotal and Ashley has been incredibly helpful. Her Customer Service is brilliant and a delight to speak with. Nothing is too much trouble for her to explain and go through and find the right car for me.
We had a few problems with our first vehicle and Harry helped us, again his Customer Service service was spot-on. Things can happen but it’s how a company deals with it that sets them apart from the rest and I must say the customer service is excellent here.

I've been a Pivotal subscriber for a while now and overall the experience has been excellent. The renewal process was handled efficiently by Chloe who was communicative and professional throughout. Vehicle selection, scheduling, and paperwork were all straightforward.
My only note would be around the excess waiver — I was surprised to learn it only covers a single instance of damage, which wasn't entirely clear to me upfront. Worth knowing before you sign up.
That aside, Pivotal makes car ownership hassle-free and I'd recommend the service.

Had to wait a while for a spare part, but the Pivotal Team in the shape of Joanna kept on the case and even reduced my monthly fee when, in their view, the wait was getting too long. Arrangements with the dealership went well. Excellent service all round.
