I’ve been with Pivotal for about 3 weeks now, and it’s genuinely transformed how I think about car ownership. What made the entire experience great was the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and zero stress.
From the moment I enquired, the team was incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They guided me through the simple process and even arranged seamless delivery of my stunning Range Rover sport right to my doorstep—immaculate condition and ready to go. The Hand over was great.
I think what Pivotal does really well:
• All-inclusive pricing — One fixed monthly fee covers everything: insurance, road tax, servicing, maintenance, roadside assistance, and more. No hidden surprises or separate bills—pure peace of mind.
• True flexibility — After the initial 3-month commitment, the ability to pause, swap models, or adjust as my lifestyle changes is brilliant.

We’ve been Pivotal customers since February 2023, during which time we have had three vehicles. The customer service is excellent, and we particularly enjoy the flexibility afforded; we only need to fuel the vehicle and drive. The only benefit not included is tyres. Servicing and recalls are handled efficiently and are always within our availability. Mason handled this recently, and the vehicle was collected and returned valeted on the same day. The annual mileage allowance is great; as London-based drivers who drive up North two or three times a year, we’ve never come close to using it.

Great way to get a brand new high spec vehicle with a refresh every 6 months or so. No need to worry about insurance/road tax etc.
Unlike some other reviewers I have never had any trouble with return conditions and have probably had half a dozen vehicles under the membership

I used Pivotal for around seven months and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to deal with, communication was clear, and the car arrived quickly in immaculate, spotless condition. I had no issues at all during the term, but even if something had come up, I was completely confident it would have been handled quickly and professionally. The return process was just as smooth and well-managed as the delivery. Overall, a very professional service and one I’d happily use again and recommend to others.

It is good experience I had a range rover for 22 months they are a good company to deal with when servicing the car or when in a accident they give excellent support I mostly spoke to Ashley in my time what a wonderful agent she was always helpful like family so I would highly recommend these people for a peace of mind and good service
