My liaison was Jordan and he walked me through it all from the very first phone call to explaining the loan how the whole process works and was always available through phone or messaging. I’m absolutely blown away that buying a car could be this easy and the old ways of buying vehicles is over I guess thank you so much, Jordan.

Their business model is set up to offer you more than Carvana just to trick you into their schemes, as soon as you upload all of your personal information and do the online survey they make up fake things to lower your offer. Then when you say no they continue to spam contact you every few days with their new shitty offer. I took less money from Carvana because they are not greedy liars that try to manipulate people.

I found this truck on April 10th and began the purchase on April 13th. What should have been an exciting milestone has since devolved into the most disorganized and frustrating experience of my life.
The incompetence started immediately with a system glitch that locked me out of my own application. For five days, I was repeatedly told the truck was "pending" for another customer, only for an employee to eventually discover it had been on hold for me the entire time. Despite this red flag, I moved forward in good faith. Ironically, the only thing this company does efficiently is take your property; they picked up my trade-in within a week without a single delay.
However, once they had my money and my old vehicle, the "service" vanished. The first delivery attempt was a total failure because they arranged a transport vehicle that physically couldn't fit the truck—a staggering oversight for a company charging a **$2,200 shipping fee**. Since then, communication has been non-existent. My truck is currently sitting untouched in Fort Worth, Texas, while I’m fed scripted excuses about driver shortages. This is an online-only dealership; coordinating transportation isn't an unforeseen inconvenience, it is their entire business model.
**As of today, May 9th, I still do not have the vehicle, and I haven't even been given an ETA.** As a single mother, the personal and financial toll of this month-long delay has been devastating. I’m forced to pay for rentals, Ubers, and insurance on a truck I don't possess, all while lugging a car seat between vehicles just to get my daughter to school. While a supervisor offered to waive my first payment, it doesn't cover the thousands I’ve spent on temporary transport or the total lack of accountability regarding the shipping fee.
It feels like this company is highly responsive when acquiring your money, but becomes a ghost once they have to deliver. For a business built on nationwide shipping, their inability to actually move a vehicle is a catastrophic flaw. This isn't just a delay; it’s a total failure of customer care.

Driveway wasted my time.
I submitted my vehicle information, uploaded the requested documents, and moved through the sale process in good faith. After that, they declined the vehicle with a vague explanation that it did not align with their buying strategy.
The vehicle has no mechanical exhaust modifications, the catalytic converter is present, and the item they questioned was only a removable cosmetic attachment.
The process felt inconsistent, vague, and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

The process through driveway was a pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful but especially ebony. We ended up becoming friends lol. She was honest and always got back to me quickly. And she truly made this deal happen. An absolute pleasure and a A+ in customer service. Thank you, ebony

This was a very slow and unorganized process. Secured the car on April 10th and it was finally delivered on May 7th. Days after the car shipped I get a call asking if I am still interested??? They even almost forgot to ask for the money. Delivery was late and it came dirty and without temporary tags. How hard would it be to do that for me and maybe wash the car? Representative got back quickly, but with zero details. The entire process left me frustrated. For perspective, I have ordered two cars from Vroom and one from Carvana, so I do have some experience with this type of service. I can't recommend.
Update: within 5 hours the check engine light is on. Dropping to 1 star.

NEVER AGAIN! The communication is horrible; you talk to someone different every time and the process is VERY bumpy. They sold me a car with BAD BRAKES. When I say bad, you can barely drive the car. I called and emailed and texted and sent pictures and TWO estimates from licensed mechanics and they refused to repair them, and it was within the 7-day window of purchasing the car. NOW I have to spend my time filing complaints with various consumer agencies and speaking with an attorney to get my $1,000 brakes repaired.
