Still waiting for my money

I have been trading through drivewealth for over a year. I did a SEPA payment into my account but due to my middle name only being on my account and not on the SEPA payment it didn't get processed. After months of back and fourth emails and sending proof of payments from my bank I still have not received my money into my account, almost going on 1 year now. I understand mistakes happen but their service is shocking and impossible to sort out problems - not good when you are dealing with people's money.

Theyre completely useless

Theyre completely useless. I sent money to two broker platforms on the same day. DriveWealth one of them. The money was deposited and active in my other account in less than 2 days. Its been 15 days later and I'm still arguing with Drivewealth. They required extra documentation, when I sent it I received no reply. When I complained they replied they hadnt seen the email. Very amateur.

Unfair trading company

Unfair trading company won't allow to buy in a dip to make money for ordinary people. Your not allowed to make money only allowed to carry the money to the hedge funders. Its a unfair playing field and Drivewealth is part of it

DriveWealth have continued to scam…

DriveWealth have continued to scam users of mobile share trading apps.
As the share price of certain stocks have been driven down through ladder trades between brokers, DriveWealth have then removed the ability to purchase these stocks.
They have illegally manipulated the price and cut the demand for these stocks. Reported to FSA and SEC.

Corrupt Puppets!

This company denied purchase of a range of stocks to retail investors to protect hedgefunds that had taken a careless gamble. It is a cynical puppet of a company aimed to collude with and benefit the corrupt.

Very poor customer service and non…

Very poor customer service and non transparent policies. It was not clear for me how I can buy monthly subscription to reduce my transaction fees. Customer service team responses were contradictive and confusing. They were not able to clarify how to obtain subscription and at the end they just stop answering. I'm confident that they have 0 knowledge about the product or it may indeed be a scam.

Really slow support and transfers.

Their support's response time is reeeeally slow. Transfering money to my account took more than 3 weeks and it did not arrive yet. You need to have enough money in your account if you don't want to miss good opportunities, you can't rely on funding it with transfer and then using that...It might take more than a month. I missed out on a lot of 70%+ investment opportunities. The support did not respond, I've asked them 2 weeks ago about the status of my transfer. They got 2 stars from me because they have a really good variety of stocks and they support fractional shares too.
