Was slammed an 89 pound charge for "online services" which i never would ever want in a million years.. Only wanted a replacement DL for 20 quid!
Avoid. There is no option to not subcribe and the money is taken from your account on the fourth day, ironically 1 day after the free trial ends.
Anyone victim to this scam report it to your bank , the ombudsan and the police

They do not have a website and they have just taken £89 of my money when all I wanted was to change the address on my driving licence.
In the emails I received from them, there was NO MENTION of £89 for a subscription service.
Now, I have tried to get my money back and they will not do it.

Have escalated to Fraud prevention and connections in Trading Standards
This company is criminal and evil - just look at the amount of bot reviews they have added to try and maintain an ounce of a reputation for themselves. I am determined to get my money back from this absolute scam, and have contacted correspondents at Trading Standards and Company's House so I guess they can either get a solution back to me before one of these escalations gives them the final answer of shutting them down. Avoid at all costs, they have a track record of particularly targeting vulnerable and elderly customers which is extra seditious. Disgusting.

They stole £89 of my money. In addition they stole £24 for the cost of my driving licence which I never received.
They are thieves that need to be reported to the Police which I have done.
Fortunately my credit card company knew of the shower and got my money back.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wrote a review about this company who replied and asked me to contact them but there is no way you can contact them.. no email or phone number so they charge you £89 extra onto of your license fee saying you subscribed to their services ( no way was that published on their website ) and now we cannot cancel it as they don't exist ?? Hopefully they will reply to this to prove they are a legit company with their contact details lets wait and see... in the mean time bank and police have records of this

Scam website that will charge you £89 3 days after you sign up. Avoid.
Note how they try to trick you! The font and colours on the web site mimic the same colours on the government web site (green buttons with white text).
What exactly are you paying for? What do you get for your £89??? All you're doing is renewing your driver's licence - what continued "service" do you need? It's a rip off and they know it, and they pepper their trustpilot pages with poorly written 5 star reviews. Avoid this company!

There was a subscription charge that I wasn’t aware of but as soon as o called the operator cancelled this without any problems for me and no charges was taken so only cost me £44 for my provisional the dvla website I tried for weeks and would not let me complete the application and doing it this way also worked out cheaper then sending it by post, so thank you looking forward to receiving my license 👍

BEWARE OF EXTORTIONATE CHARGE!
SHOULD MAKE THE EXTRA SERVICE CHARGE MORE APPARENT TO CUSTOMERS. I did receive my licence within a week, however as I was unaware of the 'extra' service charge and cancellation period what should have cost me £14.00 cost me over £100.00!!
I appreciate this is stipulated in the t&c's but unfortunately I didn't realise it was a third party I was going through and agreed to the terms without reading! A BIG LESSON LEARNT ON MY PART!
MAKE SURE YOU GO THROUGH THE ORIGINAL DVLA WEBSITE as to not incur the extortionate extra fee!!!!
