Amazing service
Amazing service, delays from the manufacturer but was always updated.
when it finally arrive I had a faulty charger but within a day they shipped out a replacement which was in fact better than the original so overall amazing service and would definitely come here for future handhelds and tech.

Worth the wait
Although longer wait than anticipated for the Pocket 4 it has been well worth the wait. This is my third GPD laptop and I think second one purchased from Droix. I'm impressed with tthe build quality and the performance.

A pleasure beginning to end
What bought me to this shop was the niche gaming handhelds that push the boundaries of tech before the big main market can. And if you're privy to that space, you know how tough and hesitant it can be to want to invest in a product with overseas support and delivery.
Insert Droix based in the UK - From presale questions to aftercare support, these guys were very understanding, professional and offered solutions to try and make it work when I had to return my product when it didn't suit me.
All of it was fantastic and can't recommend them enough for the care of such a niche market, making it available and convenient to shop. Top team at the helm here, kudos! Thanks guys!
