Cannot speak more highly of this company!! They are absolutely the right choice when purchasing electronics as their service is second to none. I had a fan issue a year after purchasing my gpd win mini from them and within 10 hours of originally contacting them about this, they already had a new fan in the mail for me to replace the faulty one. This level of service and communication is rare in any industry but especially in electronics where so many companies drop support immediately after your purchase. I will recommend droix to anyone I know when looking for electronic products especially niche one like GPD out of Hong Kong.

Purchased Odin 2 Portal
Prior to purchase I used the online chat option to talk to a sales representative and got an immediate response to my question. Throughout the delivery process I got continual email updates at every stage from Droix so I knew at all times where my package was and could track it. Package arrived on time and was well packaged and secured. I would not hesitate to use Droix again.

A Great Online Company…
I've ordered from Droix quite a few times and while they're not the cheapest their Customer Services is absolutely fantastic.
On the occasions I've had to contact Customer Services I've always spoke to Vikram who is an absolute asset to the company.

Paid for 1 day delivery but, as courier had a problem item was delivered the following day and I was refunded the cost of postage.
The product is great but I notice it gets quite hot when in use, so is there a way to cool device.
