DroixUK shipped the item out very fast

DroixUK shipped the item out very fast. It was delivered to my front door in America by DHL within 4 days. Item was undamaged, box was undamaged. I recieved notification to pay tarriff fees via email and phone call in a timely manner so as not to delay delivery. Pleased with the item as well as the overall experience. Not pleased with the tarriffs but Droix has no control over that.

Amazing support! GPD Win Max 2 2025

I recently bought a GPD Win Max 2 2025. Once it came i wanted to try it with an external gpu and after searching the internet instead of asking support, i stupidly "updated" the bios to an older version bricking my laptop. After i bricked my laptop i tried to open it and fix it myself with the assistance of support staff member Jack (discord name). After a few failed attempts i updated him on the situation and he was kind enough to RMA my laptop at no cost, all i had to pay was the transport... after opening it and desoldering the bios chip THEY STILL WARRANTIED IT! They also sent a screen protector for free. I've never seen a company do that... usually warranty is void if you unscrew half a screw. I bought this laptop because of all the good reviews and good support reviews.
They not only live up to them but go above and beyond!
The laptop has been performing awesomely, paired with a 7900xtx it is a beast and it is now my main driver for games and work. I opted for the sim slot which came with a second back cover, and i basically have unlimited internet (amazing feature). on it. The whole thing, laptop and support is a 10/10 experience!

Loved how fast it was but had a little issue

Loved how fast it was. Unfortunately I was having issues, with the device and needed to open to check thermals. After applying new pads and bit of better paste it was stable, and didn't smell like burned dry pads. This was even after the January batch.

Bought a gpd win4, said 7-10 days deliver, arrived in 3 days from the UK which was so fast, fedex didn’t update and I missed my package haha. Very good.

Best customer service ive had in a long time. Product came in very quick, and great shape.

Only concern was box was a little creased/dented in corners but not a big deal. Great device!

Great company

Excellent Customer Service Despite Product Issues

I purchased a GPD WIN MAX 2 (2025) from Droix that unfortunately had some Quality Control issues — a display line and control sticks not reaching full range of motion. While the product itself didn’t work out for me, I can’t speak highly enough about Droix’s customer support team.

From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They responded quickly to my many emails, sent replacement parts, and even arranged for me to send the unit in for repairs. In the end, I decided to return the product for a partial refund, which they accommodated with minimal hassle in the end.

It’s clear that Droix stands behind their customers, and while my particular unit had problems, the way they handled the situation earned my respect. Great service like this is rare, and they deserve recognition for it.

This stylus is likely to work well

The stylus works well enough with the GPD Pocket 4, although it has to be aimed precisely and at the right angle. It seems to have difficulty with scrolling. Too bad my Surface Pro stylus won't, it would be a far better choice. The tiny cover for the USB C port should have been attached to the stylus; undoubtedly it will disappear quickly.

We'd like to clarify that, according to the standard specifications of the GPD Pocket 4, it supports capacitive styluses only and does not support active styluses like the Surface Pro stylus. Capacitive styluses work similarly to a fingertip by conducting electrical charge to interact with the touchscreen, which can sometimes affect precision and responsiveness, particularly for tasks like scrolling or fine detail input. In contrast, active styluses have built-in electronics and often offer features such as pressure sensitivity and palm rejection, which unfortunately are not compatible with this device.

Your suggestion regarding the USB-C port cover is also well noted—it would indeed be practical for it to be tethered to reduce the risk of loss. We'll be sure to pass this along to the product team for consideration.

Ordered an eGPU

Ordered an eGPU — this wasn’t my first purchase here, and everything had been great before. This time, the extension cord for the power supply that came in the box didn’t fit. Not a big issue, since the power brick can be plugged directly into the wall, but I was hoping to keep the rather large PSU resting on the desk instead of hanging from the socket. Other than that — everything was as usual.
