There’s no doubt this store is great!

I was on the hunt for the Ayaneo 3, and Droix seemed to have it in stock; however, I was very hesitant considering it’s my first time buying from here. After much contemplating what felt like forever, I finally pulled the plug and said, Let’s do it! I purchased the Ayaneo 3 and the controller modules and the eGPU, and it’s been the best experience thus far. I have zero complaints but praise for this team. I will for sure purchase again from here in the near future.

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch! A little work on my end to get the package rerouted to fit my schedule. Fortunately, FedEx let me pick it up with my utility bill as an address confirmation. The box that the handheld came in was a little nicked on the top corner. My initial use of the handheld has been so far so good! The thumb sticks, pouch, and free shipping was a good touch!

Great support.

Response time was very fast. They offered to resolve my problem with no issues. I do wish since the item was forgotten in original shipping that it could have been expedited that’s the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars

I ordered the 4G modul for my GPD Win…

I ordered the 4G modul for my GPD Win Max 2 version 2025. The delivery went well and it didn't take long so that part was already done well. But I wasn't sold on the idea to open up the GPD Laptop myself because the thing was quite expensive. What I didn't expect from Droix was they send me the whole Buttom piece with the modul pre-installed ready to swap i just had to put the the little flex cable in and that was it. Thank you that was awesome.

Great service

I ordered a GPD Pocket 4 from Droix.net. The product was back-ordered, but the ordering process was excellent. I got in touch with support, who were quick to respond, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offered quick refunds and other solutions. In the end, I kept my order - it shipped with tracking and arrived in perfect condition. I will purchase from Droix again in the future.

I ordered the Onexplayer X1 Pro on…

I ordered the Onexplayer X1 Pro on April 21, knowing it was on backorder. It eventually shipped on May 29.

Overall, the experience was fine—especially if you're aware in advance that the product isn't in stock. However, the website could use some improvements, as it often feels slow and buggy. Also, I would strongly recommend avoiding automatic translations for non-English languages; they can be confusing or inaccurate.

I'm located in Denmark, and the package was shipped via FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx is definitely not my preferred courier. I would much prefer the option to choose GLS, UPS, or even PostNord for Scandinavian deliveries.

Safe and Reliable Way to buy Handheld Games

I've been buying GPD products on Indiegogo several times, and 2 out of 3 were great. Recently, the cost has significantly risen, and I don't want to risk my hard-earned money. I researched on social media, such as Reddit, and found satisfying answers about Droix. I took my chances and was very happy with my decision. It's a bit higher than the cost on Indiegogo, but for the cost of a safety net (customer support, and from what I have read, they make sure the bugs are sorted out before sending) and fast shipping from UK to NYC. It's worth it.
