NEVER BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!
They are totally unprofessional with all products cheap and very useless! I waited 2 months for my drone to arrive and when it did, the thing didn’t even work!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Never received parcel, have sent an email to see where it is via the website and have had no response. Clearly a false site. Avoid.

What a horrible experience I've had using your company and after receiving my drone 4 weeks later its turned up without the 2 spare batteries I've emailed you twice and still no reply absurd behavior from a so called professional company won't ever use them again,

I bought a drone for my husbands Christmas present. This had the 'follow me' option. My husband loved this drone, being a huge fan of them and having had loads in the past. Sadly only having it less than a month it had a malfunction and as soon as he tried to land it it shot off in a different direction, sadly we couldn't find it and was never seen again. Wasted nearly £200!! Was hoping for a replacement or something so I Emailed customer services three times and not had one reply. Had a lot of friends who were looking at buying a drone from here but told them not to bother!!

There is one week passed and my order is not shipped. I have not got any answer to my emails. Awful customer service.

I ordered a drone for my 7 year old grandson for Christmas. Needless to say i didn't receive my order. On the 23rd of Dec i ordered from another company and got it in time for Christmas.
i told Droneplay what a crap company they are for letting me down and they have finally given me a refund.
Please don't order anything from them as you wont get it .

SCAM !!! AVOID!!

Their drones are not what they say they are, they hardly work or don't work at all.

They are quick to take your money and when its in the purchasing stage they are very efficient with communication but when the item arrives and its nowhere to what I ordered and asked for questions they just go super quite and ignore emails.

They are just another scam company avoid at all costs.

The drone we paid about £150 and it arrived with a $10 invoice of cost of the product and comes from China.

They are taking advantage of customers by scamming them into thinking they are buying a average drone, whereas instead you get this cheap drone , not in English and most things don't work

Disgusting company and cant believe they allowed to steal in broad daylight as they do!

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Stay away from this company. I ordered and received 2 drones, one had no mechanism inside and could not fly and the other was very cheaply made.

Asking for a review despite not actually delivering the item. I'm confused

If I could have given 0 stars I would.
I ordered this on 27/12/20, now 6 weeks later and on the day of my grandsons 7th birthday it still hasn't arrived!
I'm furious!
Your website is misleading in that the delivery times given are nonsensical and despite contacting you weeks ago the tracking number gives NO useful information.

The site misleads you into thinking its a UK company. The drone i ordered turned up 2 months later and is very poor quality, probably worth 1/4 what i paid. Will be VERY careful to avoid ordering from China in future

Droneplay sells items out of china so expect to wait 6-8 weeks before you receive your order.

If your paying pocket money for toys you can expect similiar level of service.

Very unhappy with this website.. ordered late November and only just received my order (2nd feb) nothing on the website to say they arent based in the UK and that delivery will take well over 2 months....
Also I've since found the item on amazon cheaper so please do your research before believing the half price offers
On a positive note they did reply to my emails but a very misleading website.. lesson learnt

Bought the drone from them and ordered with free carriage but nothing on there to say free carriage would take 20 days to come when it was a birthday present for my son !!
This needs to be clearer on the web site.

Still waiting on delivery even though I ordered a month and a half ago and was supposed to be a Christmas present. If I’d known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have bothered. Give these a miss and order from someone else. Absolute joke

Still waiting on order, was ordered over 3 month ago. Sent multiple emails NO REPLY. Do not use.

Made the mistake not reading the reviews. Came weeks late because they don’t actually have their items in stock in the UK. They order from China about two weeks after you paid. Didn’t even consider in a box just a piece of battered polystyrene. Drone is cheap junk! Complained before Xmas and got no reply. Cowboy of a company. 😡😡

Still waiting on delivery of drone that I ordered on 13 November for my son's Christmas present would never recommend anyone to order from these people
