I have ordered a drone well over a month ago. No sign of the drone. Tracking number doesn't exist and won't answer my emails. Trying to get my money back from the bank. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a Drone from this company. I question whether they are a bona fide company. I have not received my order and the company ignores all of my emails. The after sales service is non existent. Be aware of this company. Do not waste your time nor money

I canceled my order based on the reviews here. I downloaded the tracking app which allowed communication directly with the company. They refunded my money in 24 hours.

I ordered this in good faith from my son's birthday. Paid for it and then suddenly realised I had no order number or email confirming payment. I have sent 5 emails requesting my money back with no response.
Avoid this company.

Please, please take note of all the one star reviews- there are so many for a very good reason!! I paid £50 including postage for the hovercraft...after a month it arrived well packaged, but on opening not only is it VERY small but is the sort of "tat" you get at markets and in cheap shops. Please don't waste your money as I have ...I now have a very disappointed six year old!!

Ordered a hover drone 3 in 1. Received after 2-3 weeks after purchase. Polystyrene cheap tat and all the Instructions are in Chinese so have absolutely no idea how to work it.
Definitely avoid this site.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered my drone over a week ago and just received confirmation that it’s in transit. This was a Christmas present for my son…

When ordering the drone I checked location of where this organisation was based and it stated UK, however when checking my tracking number it clearly states their based in China! How do you trust a company after giving a false address.

I’m not happy at all, especially when this is all my child wanted.

this site should be taken off to stop people wasting there money I Paid £159 for a drone that I have never Received. Keep getting the same answer now there blaming customs at Heathrow airport and the post office come on stop them from selling on the internet

I havent recieved x2 6k drones I ordered they kept telling me there in transit and then said there at customs clearance takes longer due to covid I thought why its from the UK there address is a residential address with x5 companies attached to that address in Harrow UK i think its fake as allnur products are from China and travel from there not the UK. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!!

Took a month to arrive and when it was delivered it was THROWN on their doorstep. Their poor service is the reason why you should avoid this company. Buy from literally anywhere else

Poor service from the start . Item didn’t work and now can not get hold of any one . Do not use this company whatsoever

Massive scam. You don’t get what you pay for my drone cost £50 but is valued at $13 dollars. It’s cheap imported Chinese crap. Lesson learned always look at reviews before buying 😡😡😡

Waited 3 weeks for item to arrive. No contact to say delivery was delayed. Item arrived unwrapped, just packing tape on items box to keep it closed and attach postage. For this I was given a 10% discount.

Out of the box, the item stopped working after ten minutes. The company lists no phone number and responds to one in five emails.

Probably the worst online company I've EVER dealt with.

I have received the drone after 4/5 weeks and cost £50 it flu away on its own and a leg broke on landing the same day I go it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DID NOT SEND THE ITEM AND I COMPLAINED TO AMEX. THEN LOW AND BEHOLD I RECEIVED THE VERY CHEAP TAT FROM CHINA AND SENT IT BACK. I COMPLAINED TO AMEX WHO SPOKE TO DRONEPLAY AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT, ALBEIT THEY SIGNED FOR IT. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY - THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO BUY FROM

After 3 weeks my order has yet to be shipped. I purchased the item well in advance based on the delivery information provided, but I fear it won’t arrive in time. I wouldn’t mind so much if there was some sort of communication. All I have received is numerous reminder mails to review the service.
