Same experience as everybody else on here, looks to be a UK company and it is not. No reply to emails, unable to contact, another childs xmas spoilt by an unscrupulous company.

If they had the decency to reply it would make things a bit different. Will wait until the middle of January and if nothing turns up I will be contacting the bank for a fraud claim.

The box was open and crushed when I received it, the toy was broken. Absolute waste of money would never order from this website again. I’ve never received a package like this before. I’ve asked for a refund, awaiting a response.

One star is too much to give the company

Do NOT touch this company completely fraudulent. Claim to be UK based and are not. No customer services number only contactable via email which they do not answer.

Paid for express tracked and insured delivery and have never heard from them since my payment was made.

Will be reporting to trading standards and have reported to my bank to reclaims funds.

Disgusting! Now have no Christmas present and no funds to replace.

Only giving 1 as can't give zero! Ordered on 29/11 before all these reviews were on here. Like everyone else, to me it appeared to be uk company and stated 3 to 5 days delivery. Still not arrived as of 22/12 have had to get my daughter to order another off prime for me as its my grandsons Christmas present. I dread to think how many people in total have been caught out/ripped off! Disgraceful and doubt any of us will get refunds and not a leg to stand on. There will be a lot of disappointed children and struggling families may not be in a position to purchase a replacement. My tracking whether real or not? has not changed since 5th December which is when I first contacted them to see where my delivery was and they sent me the tracking details. I could tell by how the reply was worded then that it was not a uk company. Disgusting that they can do this and get away with it.

I ordered a drone for £74.99. it looked good in the pictures and had features that I wanted. But the drone I received was nothing like the one in the pictures on the website. It was very cheap looking with no instructions, chinese writing on the control buttons. It said on the parcel on a chinese looking label that the value was $ 3.00. there was a return address on the package. So I emailed the company. After no response in 24 hours, I returned the product with a letter back to the return address which was a english address. I then got a email asking for photos of what I received. After a few emails explaining I had returned it. I have now been told, the return address they put on the package is not the return address I should of sent it to. So don't think I will even be getting a refund. This company is a scan in my opinion.

Eventually arrived, but be aware products are shipped from China.

Ordered mine on the 3rd Dec arrived today on the 21st, states on the website delivery problems due to COVID and location, unable to write review on actual drone as it an Xmas gift, however packaging is not great in a polystyrene box.

Terrible service, ordered a drone on the 30th of November for a xmas present, still not here. Have messaged them a few times, all they answer with is the tracking ID, when this is checked the post office haven't even received it. obviously ordered from China, not in stock in the uk.... don't use... very poor!!! Not even worth 1 star.

Haven't received my order and it was for a Christmas present. I wasnt made clear how long shipping would take and no clue they were coming from China. Very misleading. I hope it comes but have been told not until after Christmas. Told I cant cancel order. I just hope I actually get it. I'm so angry!

The company is deceiving customers by claiming to be in the UK. Disgusting scam and good reviews I believe are fake

I placed my order a week ago and paid straight away, but despite this, I have not had any contact or a reply to my email so I don’t even know if I will get what I ordered. It’s very sad that a company can trade like this and disappoint what appears to be so many other people like myself.

I have not received my package the tracking number was also invalid

Delivery takes far too long obviously coming from China or somewhere rather than the uk which is a bit worrying not received yet and worried it will be cheap rubbish

What can I say. I ordered from Droneplay.co.uk nearly 2 weeks ago. The item has not arrived. The tracking number they presented me is not valid with the courier FedEx. They provided me another tracking website which seems to be a made up site that I have never heard of and has loads of adverts all over the site. That tracking site shows the order in Spain! Why is it in Spain when it showed a UK website and they had stock. I have emailed them over a few days recently with no response. I have now asked for a refund, but no reply. I seriously doubt this order will arrive or I will receive a refund now before Christmas. Think twice about placing an order.

Not recieved my drone yet it's saying it's been delivered and to rate the service.. So far poor..
I hope it comes in time for Christmas as it's a present..

I purchased a drone from this company and the email link that they provide you with to contact them doesn't work unable to contact them regarding my order I am a single parent and now have no present for my child for Christmas be aware stay away from this site stay away from this seller it's a fake 95 pound I've lost and now have no money and no present for my child. With covid impacting on everyone life. This is cruel and unnecessary 😢 all I wanted is for my son to have something nice to look forward too.
