UPDATE FEB - THEY HAVE NOW KEPT OUR RETURNED DRONE AND OUR MONEY. ADDRESS RETURNED TO IS W4 WESTPOINT, MIDDLEMORE LANE WEST, WALSALL, WS98DT ----- This is a scam - Drones takes weeks and weeks to arrive and they will not talk about a return/refund even though they have broken Consumer Rights Act 2015. Webchat answered when they feel like it and then directed points to customer service dept which answers emails in French.... No contact number, address and an incorrect Trustpilot review of 4.8/5.0 on their website. Clearly Trustpilot need to take action also, I'm sure its 1.9/5.0 hmmm.... Discount offered to us to keep drone (unused still in box) of 30% .... then 20% (mad) because they can't return due to being a middle man for Chinese drones. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered drone and was cheap looking so prepared for a return. I’ve had no communication what do ever and I have returned item to which they have not admitted that they have received it even though I had it first class signed for. They are refusing to return my money as not acceptable reason for return apparently. Scam scam scam. Now got bank dealing with it. Disgusting company should be struck off. 😡

I was initially very upset with the Company due to the lack of communication from them when I questioned why I hadn’t received my drone. As it turned out the problem was with the courier and not Drobetech. They chased the courier and my drone was delivered to me albeit 5 weeks late. Thanks for sorting Dronetech.

Ordered as a surprise for Xmas for my husband, only to end up with a month of a nightmare, worst customer service ever, obviously a scam site when you pay £299.99 and get something that's only worth £10 at the most, no instructions. Contacted credit card company who are chasing for money back. Stay away

I was initially drawn to their fancy website and placed an order for a £169.99 Dronemotion Lite and didn't read any reviews. As soon as I saw the negative feedback I knew I had made a mistake in ordering and went about requesting a cancellation. I was misled in thinking they were a UK based company and they're not. After several emails to request a cancellation I received a response saying the item had been shipped and to expect it within 5 to 8 days. I received the item on 31st December 2022 and as expected the item definitely doesn't represent value for money. It is really cheap looking. Since then I've been trying to get a return address to send it back with no success. I keep being fobbed off. I even received an email response in French! The latest response is that they acknowledge the request to return and have noted that the return address details are on the item, which it isn't and I'm still battling trying to get a return address. If you google the address shown on their website it shows a non descriptive building in London . I suspect they are a French company and distribute the products from China. Fortunately, I used my credit card to purchase and have not been charged for the item after raising a dispute about their lack of response. I just don't want anyone else to experience this shocking company.

Why can't a negative number be given. This company is a joke and my experience is as many below. Placed an order on 23rd December 2022 and still do not have the Drone. They don't answer emails and their Chat box say they give an immediate response. They actually don't give any response. Don't waste your money with them.

The company is a scam. Please do not spend your money with them. They do not answer emails or answer any of your questions. I wish I had found these reviews before ordering from them!!

I ordered my drone in November after reading their 5 star reviews on their website. It didn't arrive as of today. There was a tracking number which was from China. It says it reached local destination. Then I had a message from EVRI asking to reschedule my delivery as they could not deliver but there was no local EVRI tracking number. Asked drontech customer care but they redirected me to EVRI website and EVRI website redirects me to check with retailer (Drontech) for tracking number. Not sure if this EVRI delivery message was even real. I am still chasing them for my drone
AVOID THEM. At this point not sure if I lost my money but 2 months waiting for the drone is not acceptable.

I paid £284.99 for drone tech pro and extra batteries on 29th December 2022 hoping to take it with me abroad end of this month.
And still hasn’t arrived. No communication or reply to my email since 4th January 2023
I’m dreading that I’ve lost all that hard earned money and no drone to take with me.
Don’t buy from this company.

Ordered Techdrone on 21st Dec.

Arrived on 31st Dec. Upon opening there was no user guide or link to download their software so I could not use the drone. Wrote to ask about this.

4th Jan. got response with link to online manual. The directions are not clear as it makes lots of assumptions that the user understands some technical elements. E.g perform coding. That’s vague.

6th Jan: wrote asking for some further guidance or a contact to speak to. No response

9th Jan: wrote asking for return procedure. Still no response as at 17th Jan.

In that time I have received General marketing/contact emails but no response to my query or request for returns instructions

I would give them a negative score if i could. I paid £114 for a drone and then cancelled the order 2 days later. This was at the start of November and despite constant chasing and them lying and saying they had refunded me I have yet to receive my money. They are frankly thieves that take your money and do not provide a service. Appalling company.

The Drones are cheap and nasty they never get back to you or return a call or a email all the good reviews are fake don't buy one they should be taken of he Internet.The drones are cheap plastic and break very easy.This drone sucks. Still waiting for the Drone after 7 days, promised in 72 hours. Tracking number is useless, just keep saying waiting for Royal Mail.
I just hope that when/if its received it exceeds my expectations!

I’m afraid all these negative reviews are correct, the drone quality is shocking, there is no customer service, spend your money elsewhere, AVOID this company.

They could start by actually answering their customers, I ordered replacement propellers for my drone,72 hrs express shipping, received them 2 weeks later,only to find they sent the wrong ones, tried contacting via email and chat service, only to be met with stoney silence, very disappointed and won't be spending any more money with this cowboy company

Didn't realise this was a scam site, bought this drone for a Xmas present guaranteed delivery but it arrived a week into Jan - tried to email them and quick chat to return but no reply after 5 emails.
Do not buy!!!!!

This site is a SCAM bought a drone from them before Christmas, said it was going to be delivered within 72 hours, got it way after Christmas. When asked to return it they are just coming up with excuses. Do not buy from them!

I would advise against buying dronetech. Drone quality is very cheap plastic, the user manual reads as if it's been very badly translated from another language and the app they claim is great, is all in Chinese!

The camera is apparently 4k, and it's dreadful, Its not even HD let alone 4k.

Messaged via website and Facebook and just get silence from them. Very disappointed.

The positive reviews, claims of being talked about by Forbes etc.. used as accolades on their website are also fictional, all used to mislead you.
