I can't recommend global drone training enough. I;m new to the world of drones and the company couldn't have made it any easier on the journey to gaining my GVC.

Jonathan who ran my theory course, was approachable, clear and patient. Guiding us through what initially felt like a complex and difficult subject.

Having not taken exams for many years, Steven who invigilated my theory, put me at ease. Once each section was completed he took the time to go through my answers to make sure I was clear on the parts where I had gone wrong.

And finally my half days flight training and practical test with Jacques was simply fun. His passion for flying really comes through, taking the time to make sure I was more than proficient in all aspects of flying the drone safely.

He even took the time to teach me some cool moves along the way.

They also have a pro members group and I look forward to staying in touch with the community.

Needless to say if you want to get into the world of drones then this is the company to do it with!

Drone Training are very professional. I trained with them to get my Pfco a few years ago and since them they have given great support with renewing my permissions. They come back to you immediately on any questions. Highly recommend great company

I so love this theory course the test and the flying training. It was well thought and presentation was class. I learned a lot and was able to think consciously.. overall I learn a lot and looking forward to the advanced course training next.. 100% satisfied 😌

I went with them when I was taking my first baby steps into the world of droning and they're still in my corner now, however many years later. Obviously they don't need to teach me to fly, (well, that may be arguable), but I know if I've got any queries who to go to. Want a new drone or kit? I know who to go to. Need to do all that nasty, beige, boring paperwork for my renewal? Not really an issue because I know who to go to. Swapping from PFCO to OA? Guess who I went to. Got a typo in a post? Elliott Corke has got you covered. 🤣😉
It pretty simple, for a new excited drone pilot or a seasoned flyer that could do with a bit of help, Global has your back. 'Nuff said.

I can't recommend GDT highly enough. The theory course was well structured and easy to follow whilst the practical flight training/assessment was great fun.
I've learnt loads and had fun doing it!
As for the admin side of things, I'm not sure they could be any more efficient!
The website is brilliant with everything you need for the course and flying all well arranged within the Account and Membership sections.
Most importantly the whole team was friendly and wonderful to work with!
Overall, outstanding!

I undertook my GVC and A2 CofC with Global Drone Training over a year ago, and have had the professional membership since. I have just renewed my OA with the CAA with help from Steven at Global Drone Training.
My whole experience has been fantastic, the knowledge and ongoing support from everyone in the team (Alexandra, Carys and Steven in particular) has been better than I could have hoped for.
I was a total drone newby when I started my learning and I have always been made to feel important and never once have I felt as though I was asking a silly question (and I've definitely asked some silly questions!).
If you're looking for a place to learn about all things UA - look no further!

Once again, Global Drone Training (GDT) has come up Trumps! (and not of the Donald kind).
I just renewed by CAA Operational Approval for another year, and GDT had all the documentation ready online basically with only 1 or 2 things left for me to do.
The process was seamless from start to finish, and Super Star Alexandra was the epitome of efficiency and professionalism.
I can't praise these professionals enough for all they do (No, they're not paying me to say this), and their service is sincerely appreciated.
Without hesitation, if you are thinking of getting into Drones and/or drone training, you need to seriously call these guys first!.

The course with Global Drone Training was thoroughly enjoyable. Elliott's knowledge of all things drone flying was second to none, being able to answer all questions clearly. Elliott and the team were extremely helpful throughout the course.
