Amazing quality prints and frames

Amazing quality prints and frames, unharmed product on arrival and super fast shipping in the EU. I've ordered a couple times from Drool and I was never disapponted, even after shipping across half of Europe the prints always arrived in pristine condition and they became a nice addition to our home. Highly recommended.

Exceptional customer care

Absolutely brilliant all round experience shopping with Drool!

From their choices of prints to the quality of the actual items, that’s already enough to win most over.
But the exceptional customer service is what puts Drool above the rest for me!

I bought a few choices of prints from a few different companies, to choose between what worked in the room.

I chose the keepers and returned the rejects all on the same day at the post office. The personal communication from Drool stood out for me - and so far they have been the first to process the refunds so promptly.

I absolutely have no hesitation in shopping again with Drool and highly recommend them.

Big thanks to Cressy from their customer service team for all the help. Really appreciated!

Good prints, good service, was fooled by the inches to cm sizing which meant that the 50x70cm print came out at 51.5x71.5cm (creating framing issues). Team was very helpful to provide solutions

I bought 3 pictures but only received one, I reached out to them and they immediately apologized for the inconvenience and send me the last two pictures.

Quality Prints

Wow, the quality of the prints is excellent. I will definitely order more in the near future. I did find the price of the frames a little dear, so I was able to get frames at IKEA at a lower price.

Great quality prints

Great but Expensive

Ordering from Drool was a good experience overall. There are truly a ton of options to choose from and the customer service team was helpful with questions I had.

Overall the prints I ordered look great, and they arrived in about a week undamaged. I can’t give 5 stars simply because I can’t completely justify the cost. Several hundred dollars for three A1 prints and one A2. I’m not sure the price makes sense for a paper print. Adding frames would have drastically increased the already high cost as well, so I didn’t, though I would have liked too.

I would encourage you to buy if you can, the quality and look is great and it’s so easy to match with your room.
