Zero support, zero response from live chat, zero response from messages sent, I have now today, made an official complaint. Surely this site cannot run with no support or any form of communication towards customers. Awaiting my withdrawal after several days, ID sent and accepted 3 days ago. Still no withdrawal, using trust pilot as a last measure to try and resolve the problem, maybe a regulator needs to look into this particular online casino as many people are experiencing the same problem!!

They asked for further identification which is fair enough which I sent 2 weeks ago. Every time I go onto the live chat it’s as if they are copying and pasting the same thing. EDIT - DrSlot have replied to speak via live chat, I do this and every single time I get the same repeated message that it's being reviewed accordingly and you'll contact me when it's been processed.
Won £10.04 on 50 free spins with a wagering requirement of 40x. This is common so thought nothing of it.
Ended up winning around £100 and checked to see if I had £300 left to wager, to my surprise I had £1530 or something ridiculous to wager before I can withdraw anything.
I actually ended up winning a stupid amount of money, and wagered all £1530 and withdrew £298 profit on Christmas Day 2022. Now I understand bank holidays and short staffed and what not but I am still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed. I have chased every single day and received the same response off every agent I connect with, that it's being reviewed and they'll contact me when it's approved. 95% of other sites now pay out within 4 hours, some instantly. I guess after reading other reviews I will not get my winnings however I will most definitely pursue this further.

Will happily take your money but won’t pay out!! I won £100 off the bonus but was only allowed to take £50.. Asked for every tiny bit of information they could which I sent.. Was showing as processed and would be in my bank within 1 working day… I got this same message for over a week. I recently signed up and made a deposit of £500. I browsed around the site and it wasn’t for me so I immediately withdrew the £500. I was limited to a £200 withdrawal so I did that twice. The last £100 I had to wait for a few days to withdraw. I got an email and a phone call to upload documents even tho I never made a single bet on my account which I explained to them. And kept been told this is the process which is a load of bull. So iv sent over everything they requested which kept getting rejected. Now iv just logged onto my account and it says iv been banned.
