OMG!!! Don't know how or why they have my number and now have been sending continuous spam texts at 3am! I would love to stop these texts but the number that's been provided I'm unsure if this is a scam and will charge me.

Complete scam. They accept payment with no issue. Trying to withdraw is a different issue. They restricted me to a £200 max withdrawal, requiring me to withdraw in two instalments. The small instalment cleared almost instantly. When I asked about the £200, they told me i entered the details for this transaction incorrectly and it’s sent to the wrong account. For which I was told that was bad luck and unless the account owner returns it, they can merely apologise for my loss……..I asked for proof of where it was sent as I have no evidence of any payment. They refused. I asked for a payment reference number to tell my bank. They refused. I asked if it’s policy to limit withdrawal to £200, they didn’t answer. I asked 7 times. I have screenshots of all interactions. I now have to go through a process of taking action against them, not only to get my money back but also because I fear they are going to use my details for further fraudulent activity.

Decided to keep telling me 1 working dsy for withdrawal now going into 3 working days snd still waiting for it to be processed!!!
Quick enough to take money snd send texts offering bonus but won't give winnings

DISGUSTING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Recently won £600 from a £20 deposit and after 2 weeks of waiting for the money and multiple proofs they have voided my winnings. They are saying that in their terms and conditions it does state that they have the right to void or cancel any winning but nothing about them never accepting a third party card (my boyfriends bank card). Since this win we have deposited an additional £40 which we would never be able to withdraw any money even if we won £10.

After a phone call with one of their team who said it was fine to use another card and congratulated us on our winnings. He proceeded to take my partners card details and ID but nothing about the fact the withdrawal never being processed no matter what we provided.

Their reason for not approving our winnings is because the banking team decided it was not a good business decision to pay out what had been won.

Never have I experienced this before and the reviews I saw on this site tell no lies about their scam.

Will never give any business to these pirates again and will be informing everyone of this disaster they call a customer experience.

£17milion profit in 2020 no wonder why when they don’t pay out and just take your money. All the charity work they do is just money stolen from others. Integrity and kindness are stated on their website which I find funny as the integrity part states fairness which could not be more of a lie.

I have sent a birth certificate, utility bill, council tax bill, selfie holding my birth certificate and done the hooyu liveness check and sent proof of payment method and am still getting asked for a selfie with my bank card and a utility bill. The thing is they let me deposit no questions asked and let me use the free bonus even though gambling businesses are not allowed to let any customer play on their site before being verified. Requested withdrawal now 2 weeks ago now and still have failed to pay out. Even though i sent my age id, proof of where my deposit came from, copies of the front and back of my card and address proof. which is the only document they have accepted via the document uploader on their site. The rest they are saying do it by hooyu link when this is not necessary as I have sent all of the relevant id via the document uploader on your website. You accepted my proof of address via that way so why you not accepting my other documents via that way. Anyway this is all besides the point as they should not be making it a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal if the licensee could have reasonably requested that information earlier. Which by the way my accounts been open a few years now and not once have they asked for my id in that time. They have let me deposit and play games in that time but as soon as i request withdrawal bang there asking for it. What makes it worst is that I have already supplied them with the relevant id which meets the requirements but they are choosing to ignore them and continue to drag their heels over it. I informed them they have until Friday 19th November to process my withdrawal or i will be reporting it to relevant gambling bodies.

1. Making it a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal

2. Refusal to verify id even though I have sent you the relevant and correct documents you need to process my withdrawal and my identity.

As you see same old reply they do to everyone else on here make a complaint rubbish yet I have already done that and you done nothing to help so that's just pointless complaining.

As a casino this is great it’s great to play different games I would say the wins don’t tend to be as high as some feature rich games but the features come more often so a good chance of building a good pot. Made my first withdrawal with no issues and money was in my account my only two slight complaints are: i didn’t get an email or text to say my payment had been approved with would have been nice as I like to move the money into my savings I just happened to check the bank and saw it there but I now know it’ll be there in around 2 hours which is great! Also the deposit limits are all set I wanted to set mine at £50 a week but the lowest weekly deposit I can set is £100 would be nice to be able to make these custom rather than pick pre sets. On the whole though a very good casino and fast payout can’t comment on customer services as I haven’t had to contact them which in itself is a good thing
