I didn’t even receive the product. It’s been almost 3 months. No response from the customer support also even after multiple follow-ups.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
The app crashes, there is no sound recording and serious camera lag with poor quality video, the battery lasts between 10-12 minutes when it is advertised at 30 minutes. The (UN)avoidance system doesn't work! I was told that it only works if you turn off the GPS, what is the point of that!! 🤷‍♂️.
After much back and forth over email I was offered 5% then 10% and finally 15% back as long as I didn't want a full refund, which I do and now they are just ignoring all my emails!! 🤬
Save your money and buy a better drone from a much better company

Yeah, if it’s this cheap it is too good to be true. You cannot fly further than 10 m away and the controls will stop working. The camera is absolutely sheit, it’s almost a streaming quality, lagging and getting drops in the quality.
Avoid this and save up for a better quality drone.

Drxon V168 drone. DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOUR MONEY. I bought this product in good faith. The batteries last 12 minutes if you are lucky. There is no sound with video if it works as the app crashes constantly. The anti avoidance system doesn't work. When you contact them to ask for a refund as the drone is not fit for purpose, the firm frob you off until they just ignore you.

Pure scam - AVOID. I returne the product and never saw my refund.

Absolute scam. They've been operating under skyxon.com Now domain has been closed and new drxon.com has been opened. Beware do not order anything from them,all drones are from aliexpress worth $40. Check its called v168.

This company doesn't live up to their promise. I made a misstake to order and regreted immediately. In less than 24 hours have I noticed the company to canncel the order. There is no reply even I wrote several times both through the order confirmation mail and the webside. After a couple of weeks without any reply from the company, a shipping note has come, and off cause I refused to receive the package. Again after several weeks, I got a juicy bill for the shipping cost.
Don't make misstake like me to order anything from this company. They are just not serious in their business.

I just got mine. Worked 1 day and not is it not working. The controller is always beping and the drone doesnt reply.

Scam company selling Chinese toy drone at 250% mark up, just like another reviewer I got scammed, I realised literally minutes after I paid £179 for this drone that all was not above board, emailed them straight away and got some BS email saying it had already been shipped and all I could do was wait until I received it, as soon as I received it, unopened I contacted them only to be fobbed off after several emails with a day in between with an offer of 10% refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

It got awesome range and it's a breeze to pick up. Just plug it in, follow the steps, and bam! The app handles everything and sets it up for you. One thing I really dig is the drone automatically comes back when either the remote or drone battery is about to die. Plus, the camera takes killer shots and vids. Downside? The controller's response time lags a tad, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Drop-shipping toys @250% markup, pay €220 to them for a 'Max Pro' + 2 batteries or €80 to a China seller (who will be sending you the goods anyway)

You can find out 2m after you buy & ask to cancel, they will come back 2/3 days later & tell you it's already sent. But if they absolutely must they *might* be able to stop delivery for a 10% fee

TLDR: Scammers selling a toy misrepresented as a quality drone.
