Thank you to Darren and Rob for an amazing transformation! Such professional teamwork together and job completed in 6 hours! So happy with the shower and it's so much better than climbing into the bath. Not that it was a problem yet but thought I might as well enjoy it now before it got to the stage of actually needing it 🤣. Thouroghly recommend DS Bathrooms. 😁😁😁

This is the 2nd job Darren and Rob have done for us, having fitted an en-suite 4 weeks ago. Excellent workmanship again. So quick,so clean,you would hardly know they had been if they hadn't left behind an immaculate bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank-you once again to the team.

Had my new bathroom completed today (30th May24) and what a transformation it is from my old dated council bathroom to this masterpiece, I waited 7 months since Darren visited and gave me the initial quote to this week’s instalment. It took three and a half days to install and the quality of workmanship is well above expectation. Darren and Rob worked extremely hard, never complaining and getting on with the work. One thing I must say is that they only worked on my bathroom over the past few days, not going back and forward between jobs, they install one bathroom per week and that’s it, brilliant service. Every day they give you a time they are going to arrive and they do so with Darren always asking ‘are they any questions ‘ before and after they finish. Dust was kept up a minimum and they cleaned the bathroom and all other rooms that they used during there visit. Would I recommend these guys to do family and friends work, 100% yes.

Darren and Rob turned up bright and breezy on a Monday morning in Cramlington. Darren explained the process for each day, keeping us informed as they went along ensuring we were happy. The workmanship is top notch and the end product is amazing and a total transformation. The boys were meticulous in approach and they have a good eye for detail. Highly recommend DS Bathrooms. Darren & Rob’s workmanship is excellent. Products used are of the highest standard, they take care of your home as if it’s their own.

Darren and Rob are an amazing team, super friendly and hard-working! They arrived at 8am everyday and worked non stop until 4pm to get the job done and to an exceptional standard!

We can't believe how quickly they managed to complete the job! It took three and a half days from start to finish. This included dismantling (what was left of) our old bathroom, completely rearranging the room, hiding unsightly pipes under the floor, building out two sections of wall, refitting the whole suite and tiling floor to ceiling! It looks like a hotel bathroom now, it is absolutely amazing. We're so glad Darren helped us with the design and choice of tiles, we could never have made it look this good.

We did have a slight (personal) issue with the toilet being too close to the wall, but Darren listened and made changes with no fussing or complaining.

Before they started work they protected the floors from damage, and every morning Darren asked us if we had any questions or concerns before he started for the day. At the end of the day a temporary toilet was fitted, the bathroom and any areas they'd been using were cleared of all mess, debris and tools. The only thing left was an orderly pile of our old bathroom in the front garden for a day or two, but as soon as it was all out they got that removed as well.

When we initially booked our slot it was months away and we thought it was a little expensive, however, it is 100% worth the wait and every single penny!!

In May 2022, I approached a couple of companies to provide suggestions on how to remodel my master bedroom en-suite. In the end, DS Bathrooms was a clear winner and I was not disappointed. That's why, when it came to a full rip and replace of the downstairs WC I didn't need to approach anyone else. Completed in 3 days a week or so before Christmas and I was delighted with the results... on to January 2024 for the remodel of main bathroom. review incoming!

Just had a shower cubicle refitted and has done a great job.From first contact to completion Darren has done everything he said he would do,very prompt and polite.Was very tidy and respectful to our home.Would have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms to my friends and family.

This is the second bathroom Darren and Rob have transformed for us. They did our larger en-suite around 18 months ago and were absolutely thrilled with the result and so they have just left us now having finished the main bathroom and we are equally thrilled with this result. They are both consummate professionals, friendly, tidy, respectful of your property and with an amazing eye for detail. Once a bathroom is ordered there a date is set for installation and this is always met without a hitch. After installation customer service is equally faultless and nothing is too much trouble. We would have them back any day, only we have now run out of bathrooms 😄. Cannot recommend them enough.
