Mirror Dash Cam installation

My visit to Dtec today was absolutely amazing, i had a front and back dash cam installed and the finishing product was great. Upon arrival, i was greeted by the friendly technician (Darryl T) then got a brief breakdown on what was going to happen, this gave me 100% reassurance that my car was in good hands. When the fitting was done, i was given an extensive breakdown on how to function the dash cam, as well as this, i was given tips on how to conserve my battery when in use. Overall i found this experience a 10/10 and i’m very glad i chose Dtec for this job !

Darryl was great

Darryl was great. Quick and careful, he installed my dash cam in less that two hours.

For those thinking of installing it themselves, don't, it really is best left to people like Darryl. He even went through all the settings explaining each one as he went.

And best of all, you hardly know it has been done. The work was yhat neat.

Recommended.

Amazing skills and workmanship 12/08/2023

Darryl has fantastic knowledge and workmanship. He takes pride in his work and got the job done to an amazing standard. Wires hidden and no damage to the interior. The dashcam was set up and rrady to go. Forget the big businesses offering dashcam installation, Dtec is the business you are looking for.

Company caused over £200 damage!!

Company caused over £200 damage (with RAC diagnosis) to my car and have refused all my emails or calls to get it sorted. Eventually got in contact with someone on web-chat and they’d promise someone would call me but they haven’t - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Really great experience

Really great experience, came to my house with no fuss. Daryl really knew his stuff. Installed my Next Base camera front and rear and was so neat.

Highly recommended

Fantastic service! Booking process was easy to complete over the phone. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and informative. On the day of installation Darryl kept me informed of his ETA and on arrival was friendly and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Efficient and conscientious workmanship, cables were well hidden, everything was set up perfectly and a comprehensive run through was provided. Very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend!
