IQ Brain website issue.

I paid for a $1.98 US dollars online IQ test. That is converted to $2.82 AUS dollars. When I checked my credit card I have been debited for $2.88 AUS plus a completely unauthorised $17.42 AUS. The transaction comes up on Paypal account as DING TECH LTD. Buyer beware this transaction was not authorised. I only authorised the $1.98 US transaction.

Buggy App and Non-Responsive Customer Service

For the love of God, do not purchase anything from Mark Ashton or his IQ Mindware "software." First of all it is extremely buggy, second of all, he constantly changes names of his products and marketing to continue to squeeze money out of customers and continue to scam people. Thirdly, once you pay you may never properly get a username/password to be able to login. There is no reason to be stressed out like this after spending up to approximately $50.00 on software. Plus, once inside (if you get that far) there are STILL purchases to be made for training. Not to mention everything is extremely ambiguous. I tried contacting him for help and was just brushed off. But he certainly knows how to get money from people. When it comes to his own software, he's clueless. Hard next.

Want to be smarter

Want to be smarter? Then start by using your money and time in a better way than for this buggy app. Promising IQ gains without any firm proof is definitely not a trustworthy business model. Sure enough, no gains were observed after more than 3 months of training.
