I couldn't wear it. It was too confining and reduced my ability to sleep. I do like the idea, maybe if the cap was more of a breathable mesh material.

Lousy customer service. Reached out three times for refund under their strict guidelines but never heard a word back from them. I'd avoid this company.

I have always waited for a product to arrive before writing a review, but not this time! Fantastic customer service from Abby! I mentioned that I was worried the medium size not fitting my small head so asked if there was a way I could pad under the straps to make it fit? The response?"We can make a small one for you". But thats not all. She also gave helpful advice when I mentioned I get sore ears with pillow pressure, and when the delivery fee was more than quoted, which she warned may be a possibility, did not invoice me for the balance. And It is on its way within 3 days of my order. I already heard so many great things about knightsbridge
from trusted sources that I feel pretty confident this product will help.

The chin strap itself is comfortable, ut it has problems. It goes way too far down the back of your head. This interferes with my face mask, causing air leaks. It falls too far over your forehead, and when you tighten the straps, it pulls over your eyes, causing discomfort. People say it is hot, but I've never had that problem. Customer service is excellent, but the mask needs re-engineering. The cost is very high IMO.

Using the chin strap has greatly improved my sleep quality. The materials are soft and gentle and are not something I would find bothersome during rest. It holds my chin up properly and does it's job effectively to not allow myself to mouth breathe.

I bought 2 types of headgear. I needed to return 1 of them because it did not fit my head. With help from the support I was able to return the 1 I did not need.

The one I kept works well for me and has been consistent. A bit tight around the forehead region, but I have to special order hats due to my large head, so I think most people would find them even more comfortable.

Great product and great customer service when the wrong size was ordered.

When my husband and I received our products (Dual Band Air Deluxe), the fit was too loose for both of us. I contacted customer service regarding an exchange and in less than 24 hours, an invoice for replacement chinstraps was in the works. Edwin was super quick to respond as well as resolving the issue with the products being too loose. This company knows how to treat their customers and truly strives for greatness. This device is a game changer for me. I struggled with mask fit and nightly events in double digits.

Watched the Lanky Lefty video on the Knightsbridge and realized I was having jaw dropping symptoms.

Now my events are always less than 3.0 and several 0.7 -0.2 numbers in my first week of use.
This was a total game changer for me.

It was delivered in a timely manner. It’s comfortable your on and use. However as stated it has a tendency to be warm.

Designed to work to prevent jaw fatigue, and in that, it does work. However, the head piece itself needs to be redesigned, or more options provided on sizing. The one measurement they use to determine the size to order assumes everything else on your head is proportional to that measurement. It ain't so with most people--maybe a few, but I suspect not many. Also, pricing is very high if they anticipate a replacement schedule of every month or two. At least, it was too much for my budget.

The chin strap works but is very hot... cannot be used in the summer. And it tends to slip by morning. Sizing is crucial; get one too small and you are fracked.

Tried multiple chin straps, made custom changes trying to improve the effect. Then I watched a video of a British doctor who described the Knightsbridge and I paid for one out of my own money as insurance wouldn’t cover it. Best investment. Now my sleep apnea machine and nose pillow finally gives me a good nights sleep. ❤️

This is my 4th order, maybe. This cap is huge. it goes over the sides of my face, covers my brows, and still fits more of a balloon head than mine. Mine is an average size head, and the fit on this is something I've going to have to take a needle and thread to fix. It affects the way my apparatus fits my nose, as well.

I purchased the DUAL BAND Premium and it does deliver on what it says. My jaw no longer hurts in the morning like with my previous chin strap and it actually stays on. However, my ears are NOT a fan of this model. I wish I had paid the extra to purchase the DUAL BAND Air Deluxe.

I got a kind offer to make a custom-fit chinstrap but instead asked for a return and refund which was promptly given. You can tell the materials are quality, I am just using a different kind of mask.
