I never received the correct product
I never received the correct product. I ordered a Medium and received an XL. Customer service was great in trying to correct it. But the replacement I received was a Large, so it was still not what I ordered. Customer service was again very great in trying to help me correct it. But when they sent the NEXT replacement it was the wrong size again! So far I have received 3 chin straps but none of them are the size I ordered. I’ve been trying to get the correct size for 2 months.

I always knew I needed a device to keep…
I always knew I needed a device to keep my mouth closed as I am a back sleeper. I have used your first generation for about 3 years and noticed the newer open ear version so I have been using it for a few weeks. Seems to be more friendly in the area of more open area and the enlarged velcro area allows more accurate necessary adjustment for maximum secure fit.

Great customer service -- very impressed
About a month ago, I ordered a custom-made chin strap with the help of a Knightsbridge customer service rep online who took the time to discuss options and styles with me through a chat.
The product arrived on schedule. After trying it for almost 4 weeks, I contacted customer service to say it was not staying in place when I slept. I got an immediate reply to my email from a rep named Edwin, and was asked to send photos and provide details. I sent photos and details, and the customer service rep (Edwin) replied right away again to this second email. He determined there was something off with the sizing. He offered to replace it at no cost with a smaller chin strap, and they are shipping it to me right away.
Very impressed with the customer service provided -- prompt and efficient, even responding after business hours and over holidays, and very customer-oriented overall. I think this new one will work well, as even the larger one was doing some of the job.
My impression is this is a very good company that stands behind its products, and the customer service provided by Edwin was nothing short of outstanding.

Tried many over the years until I found the Dual Band.
After trying numerous chin straps over the years, I finally tried the Dual Band Chin Strap. This band really works and does not make my jaw sore. It is highly adjustable. It takes a couple of nights to find the right adjustment, but then I just leave it and use it every night. I have both the De Luxe and the Premium bands and use the Del Lux in summer and Premium in winter.
Abby is amazing and helped me order a replacement while I was in Africa without access to phone or text.
I highly recommend the product. It is well worth the price.

I’ve tried many chin straps with unsuccessful results until I tried the Knightsbridge. I highly recommend the Knightsbridge Dual Strap Cap. It has helped me with great success from keeping my jaw from dropping back. Helps with dry mouth
I was sent a larger sleep chinstrap (per their warrantee) when the Air Deluxe was too small and didn't work well. The Premium worked much better. The chinstrap seems to help with my dry mouth but seems to cause some TMJ pain when I have it tight enough to bring my teeth together. But if not used too tight it seems to help. Still get some air that causes some dry mouth. Thanks for you good product and service. I liked the Premium better than the Air Deluxe (my first one).

Uncomfortable
I like the concept. However it is very uncomfortable, bulky. And to top it off, makes me itch like crazy. Could not wear it through the night. I tried for 2 nights and ended up taking it off and using my old chin strap.
