The only chinstrap that actually works for me
Over time, I have tried many chinstraps, but they all pull my chin back, making my apnea worse.
This chinstrap actually pulls my chin up. And because of the elastic band, I can finetune how tight I want it to pull up. The material is very comfortable for me.
I'm a big guy with a bald head and very sensitive skin. However, I have no issues with the material. It feels very comfortable for me. And although I have quite a big head, the strap is more than big enough.
Customer service has been friendly and helpful, although I also experienced some issues with shipping, in the end it got resolved.
Would definitely recommend the Dual Band chin strap.

Great chin strap, great customer service
I assume everyone buying these uses a cpap. I use nasal pillows with my cpap but tend to open my mouth when I hit a deep sleep. These chin straps prevent the jet engine that goes through my skull when my mouth opens with the nasal pillows.
I tried a bunch of chin straps before finding Knightsbridge dual chin straps. They are my favorite. Because of their design, they lift up instead of back like most chin straps that go diagonal to the crown of the skull. By lifting up, they don’t pull my jaw back. Any chin strap that pulls my jaw back makes the soft tissue of my neck close my airway even more-Knightsbridge doesn’t do this, it lifts upward.
I’ve tried all their dual band chin straps. I like the closed ear ones the best, but they can make me too warm in the summer, so in the summer I use the air deluxe with the open ears. Because the area where the Velcro straps attach is smaller, it can be a bit more finicky to get just right, but it is much cooler.
Someone once recommended mouth taping, but that made me quite claustrophobic. By using a chinstrap, you can still breathe through your mouth, sneeze, or cough if you have to while using your CPAP. Knightsbridge dual band chin straps have always been great and I don’t really have any complaints.
Customer Service has always been helpful. They had some issues with their distributor a while back and I had an order that took over a month to get to me. Customer service stayed in touch with me the whole time to let me know what was happening. Consequently, they have changed distributors or warehouses and are now associated with Shopify. Now distribution seems much better, more organized, and very fast. Just ordered again today. Easy to pay with Shop pay.

Great customer service
While the chin strap ultimately didn't work for me, the customer service was great. They wanted to make it work and even produced a smaller size (they don't sell) for me to try. I appreciate them going the extra mile.

I had placed an order for a new…
I had placed an order for a new Knightsbridge Dual Band Chin Strap to replace the one I've been using for 10 months (they are indeed long-lasting!). That one would probably continue working for months to come, but I wanted to get the latest version which has had some enhancements/improvements made to it.
My order was delayed due to Knightsbridge's fulfillment center issues so I sent an email inquiry seeking a status update on my order. To my surprise and delight, Edwin replied within just minutes of sending my email, despite being late in the evening on a weekend. Edwin was very helpful and reassuring in his reply, and left no doubt that they're working hard at getting the shipping problem resolved expeditiously and that my shipment will be giving priority handling.
Kudos to Knightsbridge Sleep Solutions and Edwin for their focus on customer satisfaction!

I ordered white
I ordered white, received black. Well constructed but does not work for me. too much bulk, especially at the base of my neck, where my cpap strap also adds bulk. Not your fault.

Two problems resolved
Finally found a perfect solution to two problems my husband was having while wearing his CPAP at night! The first was a way to comfortably keep his mouth shut so as to not loose air-obviously air escaping from the mouth makes the therapy less effective. And two, the headgear was wearing away his hair; wherever the headgear sat it was causing friction and thus hair loss.
Not only that, but they couldn’t have been more helpful when a problem with shipping to the wrong address occurred on my part-don’t always trust auto fill, double check your address!

I can sleep now!
This cap has been a game-changer for me. I've had one for almost two years, and just purchased the deluxe for the ear holes. If I don't wear this, I open my mouth while sleeping, which triggers me to stop breathing. This has solved that problem. I've tried other straps, but all of them either cause me slight pain because of the way they are designed or don't work at all (usually both). Obviously this is a more involved piece of headgear and it takes some getting used to and can slide around a bit, but it is very much worth it, and once you do get used to it, you will not be able to go back.

Finally a chin strap that actually works.
I'm a mouth breather and think I've tried every chin strap known to man. My results were mediocre at best. Then I discovered the Knightsbridge Dual Band model. I have the premium model (I believe) and it's been the best yet. My initial try had a hiccup because the head piece kept slipping up in the back, but through some conversations with Edwin (who is the best customer support person I've dealt with in awhile), we determined it was a sizing issue. Problem solved, I'm sleeping much better and so is my wife.

dual Premium
I have the dual Premium chin strap. and it works very well to hold the chin up. The problem with it is that it is hard to put the mask on over the straps etc. and that it is a little worm.

The strap is well-made with a unique design better able to keep the chin from sagging than anything else I've seen in the market. There was a problem with the initial fit and then sending the correctly sized item, but customer service was very responsive to making everything right.
