This was my second shirt order from Dubinik, which really says it all about how impressed I was the first time around. The quality of the shirts is outstanding and the service is absolutely first class.

What surprised me most is how quick the delivery was. Even though the shirts ship from China, they arrived faster than orders I’ve placed with some UK companies! The fully tracked delivery is excellent too, so you always know exactly where your order is.

This time I ordered several summer holiday “Hawaiian” style shirts and I’m absolutely delighted with them. The designs are fantastic, the fit is great, and the quality is superb.

Safe to say I’ll definitely be ordering again — I very much doubt I’ll be buying my shirts anywhere else!

High quality shirts! They come from China so you have to wait a little longer. It took my shirt 3 weeks to be delivered to Chicago. Other than that there's no issues. The return policy doesn't really exist so they give you 50% back on your order and you get to keep the order and sell it off yourself or give it away, which is actually a very fair deal. Really like the shirt! I think they run slightly small for USA size, unless you were very fit. So they are true to size but only if you are in solid shape.

Ordered 2 shirts, after waiting for 3 weeks they only sent one out. Sizing all wrong after following sizing chart.
Will never buy again! Amateurs
Offered me a refund or replacement, went for the refund still waiting for that.

Seriously this company is awful from delivery to communication. They may be cheaper than royalties mail but at least you’re 99% sure to receive your parcel!!! Don’t use Evri is my advice, pay the extra with Royal Mail

Dubinik are a breath of fresh air amongst online businesses. They are professional in their dealings with customers and keen to help. I recently purchased two shirts off them and as with all online purchases, wasn't sure what the quality was going to be like or if they would fit well. They were delivered reasonably quickly, given that they originated in China and both the fit and the quality for the price paid was more than acceptable. I've already ordered one more shirt and a jacket off them based on my previous positive experience. Would like to see more variety of patterns or designs in their selection of short-sleeved shirts but that's not a criticism — just a selfish observation.

Really great product.. I now have 5 shirts from them , love the plain colours and the fit .. and now my wife knows what to get me for birthdays! I must also add the customer service team on email are really quick too

I dont know the way of return policy in case you order at amazon, but be careful if you order directly at Dubinik. You have to send your return directly to china ....the response to my emails is quick and friendly, but the shirts (80 EUR) are lost :-(

While I see a few reviews expressing dissatisfaction with fulfilment, my experience was appropriate, understanding fulfilment from overseas. Product well made with quality cotton weave.

Slowest fulfillment ever! Buy off Amazon, NOT directly from the Hong Kong plant. That said, they have arrived and the quality is excellent! Will buy more from this maker.

I have never experienced such shockingly poor service from a brand in my life.

I waited well over two months for an order that never even arrived. No updates. No accountability. Nothing. I had to chase them relentlessly just to get a response — and then chase them even more to get my money back.

Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. Delays, excuses, and what felt like outright dishonesty the entire way through. After the nightmare I went through, they then had the audacity to repeatedly email me asking me to remove my honest reviews — clearly so they can continue misleading other customers. I have all the evidence.

To add insult to injury, they thought they could “fix” the situation by offering me a laughable 14% discount on another product. After two months of stress and broken trust? It was honestly insulting.

This company does not care about its customers. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic quality at a really good price. I'm going to order more. The size chart is spot on. Measure your favourite shirt for best results. I could have got away with a size lower, but I like a relaxed fit. The cloth quality and construction is some of the best I've owned. A big plus is that they're way less prone to picking up pet hair and lint than some of my other cotton shirts. It's good stuff. I'm buying again.

Buyer Beware, it doesn’t specify anywhere during the sales process that these goods ship from China. This is a Chinese company and you can absolutely expect a very long and delayed delivery. Their refund policy also needs to be addressed. These shirts are Asian sizes. Should you wish to return an item that doesn’t fit, this will be at your own expense - TO CHINA - and will be incredibly expensive.

My items never arrived. Partial refund offered by the seller but had to claim the rest back from my credit card company. Order at caution and be sure to use your credit card if you’re prepared to risk it, to allow you the protection. This company is best avoided.

Very disappointing experience.

Ordered on line, arrived from china very quickly , less than a couple of weeks. Shirt quality a lot better than expected, the fit is good for XL, usually imported clothing is a bit smaller, this shirt is just right for me.
Well worth the money at less than £25, very comfortable and looks great. Will be ordering more soon.

The shirt looks and feels far better than I was expecting. I followed the size chart and chose XL which is a perfect fit. The longevity of the look and feel will be the ultimate measure but first impressions are very very good. And it only took 12 days from China to France from date of order.

Very good quality shirt. I was almost surprised with the quality of my shirt. I ordered a large Tall and it's actually longer than other shirt. I was often disappointed with tall size that weren't very long. I will probably order a few more. I just wish it wasn't from China but these days what doesn't come from China.

Excellent shirts, heavyweight flannel very suitable for the colder weather. Comfortable and stylish.
