Email to Dubinik, 29th December:- I am still awaiting delivery of my order. This shirt was ordered on December 15th, intended as a present, but it has still not arrived. Email 5th January;- I have specifically asked you for an ETA. If you cannot provide this, then the order will have to be cancelled, and reimbursement will be provided. 08th January:- Still no delivery, ETA or refund. £36.00 is still in their possession. Buyer beware.

good quality shirts, well made and comfortable. I found them a little small for size. Responsive and polite responses from the company. They come from China so it took about a week to get a replacement. Please be aware that this is a China based company, so the returns system is the typical offer of half the money back as you have to ship yourself and this is expensive. Very worthwhile quality shirts, but beware buying lots of versions to try and send back

Abject Chinesium. Look good on the surface but the poor quality shows through after a couple of washes. And god forbid you want to return the tat; quicker to send a smoke signal, and just about as much use. Don’t fall for the suspicious 5* reviews.

Very happy with the shirt, great quality super feel to it, sizing is perfect! The only slightly off positive comment was the shipping as I hadn’t realised it was coming from china prior to placing the order, but I can say that I am super happy with what arrived!

Order arrived to timescale - tracking available. Item was well packaged. Matched description and pictures perfectly. Excellent quality fabric and finish.

Another scam company from China selling poor quality rubbish avoid this like the plague

This company is a scam! They don’t tell you but their items are made in China. If you want to return it or exchange it, it will cost you more than the item is worth. DO NOT BUY this brand.

It took 10days to get here in the UK so that is surprisingly fast and wow! Love the jacket so much! Fits well and feels amazing. Love the colour and looks and feels very well made. Can't wait to wear it out. Will definitely be shopping here more!!

Avoid ordering from this company.
My delivery was never delivered and they admitted that the delivery company took it to the wrong address
After 10+ emails they keep trying to fob me with off and will not provide a refund
I’ve now had to get PayPal involved to refund my money

Great product. Good delivery service despite being dispatched from China. Very comprehensive tracking system.

I ordered three shirts in size Small. The website provided measurements, but when the shirts arrived they were significantly smaller than described. I contacted the company and supplied photographs clearly showing the discrepancy.

I was offered a 50% refund and told I could keep the shirts—but I had no reason to keep items that didn’t fit. I was also told I could return them at my own expense and receive a refund only if they received the items. Another option they gave was to replace two of the shirts, but I would still have to pay the postage. Since the mistake was the company’s, I wasn’t willing to accept any of these solutions.

After many emails, I was left with no choice but to dispute the payment with my bank. Lesson learned: don’t buy from companies based in China. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

This is a company like temu or shein, the items are being shipped from china and there is no way to know when they arrive. I ordered christmasgifts the third of december and for all i and their customerservice knows, they can be in outer space right now…
Knowing this i would never have ordered anything from them, this company is not what it posts as.

Bought a Dubnik 13oz flannel shirt. Quality is amazing. The shirt was true to size description. It was dispatched on the day of payment with full tracking. Delivery time was quick, although once in transport, time for delivery is beyond the companies control.
Highly recommend shirt. I would have no problem buying from Dubinik again.
