Fairly easy to book a little confusing that you have to book for how many people including children and infant but money comes off during the process when asking what type of passenger overall very pleased but we've not got to Dublin yet

Not in time. The timetables on the official web site were not correct. So We must call a taxi to go the airport in time. So we spent double money.

Buyer beware
I had booked a trip at 1:50 am by mistake and wrote to you guys right away. Instead of fixing it I got a generic email repeating that on several other lines I can take a trip within 12 hours on the same day but nothing that let me switch to 1:50 pm. I was happy to pay the increase in fare or even a change fee. But I had to book a new trip. Just not what I expect from a good company.

We understand how frustrating it is when an accidental booking cannot be easily adjusted. Whilst tickets are not amendable, your tickets would allow you to travel on a standby basis as follows:
- On our 782, 783 and 784 services between Dublin City and Dublin Airport, you can travel 12 hours on either side of the scheduled time on your ticket.
- Those travelling on our 785 Belfast service can travel on the service before or the service after the booked time on your ticket. This will be on a standby basis, subject to seat availability.
