It doesn't even deserve one star!
The worst website I've ever ordered from!
I ordered on February 19th and even now, after 19 days of waiting, I still haven't received my order, I sent emails saying I wanted my money back and all I got was a reply telling me where the order is.
Pathetic, embarrassing, I don't recommend it... I'll stick to other trusted sites.🤢🤮🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤢

Really bad company

Really bad company! Customer service is not good! The product arrived 4 weeks after ordering it, and it was broken when it arrived. No response when I sent and email about it and no refund. I would not trust this company again!

The bed my dog chose himself

Was browsing for dog beds for ages and this one just felt right. The fabric feels durable and easy to clean. My dog sleeps longer in it now. Very happy with this purchase.

Shocking service from this website

Shocking service from this website. Ordered cat collar trackers for the first time new cats were able to go outside for safety. Have been waiting over a month for arrival and request for updates have just been met with “they’re in transit” with no arrival date given and refusal to offer a refund. This is shocking when people are ordering items that impact pets quality of life as I’ve seen in lots of other reviews too.

I'm back and still waiting....

I'm back and still waiting....
Ordered a dog cushion (£50plus) on 9th February 2026.
I put on a 1 star review last week due to poor customer service and no sign of the cushion.
Despite suggesting to 'trustpilot' they wanted to help sort my missing order by asking for order numbers etc (which I sent) I've still not heard a word and my order hasn't arrived nor the order status updated.
So I'm back with another 1 star review. I will NEVER use this site again. JUST AWFUL.

Items are made and sent from China not Netherlands

Ordered some items as it appears from their website that these items are made in the EU and delivered within 1 week via known big delivery companies. 5 weeks later and the items still haven't been delivered as they are coming from China, chased a week ago and was advised that they have asked for an update and escalated the issue but 1 week later still nothing. Very very unhappy and have now emailed asking for full refund. Will not be buying from this company again.

Extremely poor experience - avoid

Ordered a cat collar almost 3 weeks ago and still nothing. The shipping policy on their website appears to be completely fabricated. The order remained in a processing state for two working weeks and after chasing multiple times, we were advised that it had finally been dispatched. Several days later, we then received a further update that it was awaiting collection by the courier. The first and last time we will use this store. Look elsewhere if you value your time and money.

Ordered 2 items a month ago not arrived…

Ordered 2 items 6th Feb a month ago not arrived no tracking works and never respond to emails. Terrible customer service don’t waste your time or money shameful service I got a refund through my bank after raising an issue with this company took 5 minutes. I definitely will not be using this company again absolute scam artists.

Tried to contact them several times…

Tried to contact them several times regarding my order, no response after 5 email. But my order in 2 and a half weeks ago and still no sign of the delivery. Avoid at all cost!
