Came from china

You get an impression that the shop is based in NL, but the parcel took very long and came directly from China. Poor quality as you can expect. Highly overpriced for what you get. Very disappointed.

Horrible

Ordered a dog muzzle on the 6th of march received it the 22nd. I ordered small i got extra small. So now i lost time and money. They have a hundred days return policy but something tells me its gonna take more than a 100 days for them to process my retour. ⚠️ Do Not buy anything from this online store ⚠️

Terrible experience! Don’t buy from them. Should have read online reviews first.

Terrible experience!! The web site proved false information about shipping times and vendors. Ordered product on the 25th of Feb and it took almost four weeks to arrive. Lack of timely response from their support team. Only email no telephone to contact them. Product came with a US plug not EU compatible. Products ship from China rather than the next day from Netherlands.

Do not use these

Absolutely useless customer service.. raised 3 tickets now as my parcel which took 5 weeks to arrive was delivered to some random address that I can see on proof photo and ive had no response at all.
Wouldn't order again from these people even if it was free they are shocking..

Absolutely appalled at the service…

Absolutely appalled at the service from this company. I ordered a cat collar with tracker early December I was sent a cat collar with no tracker at all. After my first bad review on trust pilot they contacted me immediately and promised to send out my correct order but again all they sent was a cheap cat collar. No tracker I am not paying £19 reduced from £30 for a cheap basic cat collar that can be purchased from Ebay for 5 for £5. Have reported to trading standards.

Company took 15 days to deliver not 3-5…

Company took 15 days to deliver not 3-5 days ordered 01.03.26, came 16.03.26, didnt know coming from China 🥴. Dog coat a fake, crap made , dye stains all inside already had a cut on the harness, just a cheap copy cat of a coat, to top it off ordered socks / boots for my dog due to injured pad wrong size wrong items sent than ordered, binned the lots cost more to send back. Even though cannot afford to lose £. This company is a joke and I'm the idiot who was taken 4 a ride 😫

soft collar, happy dog

The collar feels soft but still strong not stiff at all. Fits nicely and doesn’t rub her neck. Shipping took a bit longer but updates were clear so it was fine.

Do not order from this site

I ordered two items for our puppy. The website states
“All orders placed before 11:59 PM on a business day will be shipped the following business day . Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day.”
This just isn’t the case. I sent multiple emails and received no reply. I then emailed on a number of occasions to cancel the order and they immediately updated it to shipped and ignored my request. Ordered on 26th Feb and still not received my order and it’s no longer needed .

finally a harness that stays on

The pink harness I ordered fits my dog perfectly, thanks to the size chart. It feels soft but still strong. My dog usually wiggles out of everything but not this one. Super happy with it!!

Absolutely rubbish!

Absolutely rubbish!
I ordered based on their company story, however if I wanted to order something from China I would have ordered from wish! I ordered my product on 11th Feb, it is now 11th March. The tracking says it is STILL in China, I logged a ticket online 2 weeks ago and still no reply. This company doesn’t care about its customers and I am starting to think the company story is a lie and they are Chinese posing from the Netherlands.

Update….. just turned up over a month after ordering, wrong size and missing the name tag, customer service is none existent… avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a dog coat on 19th Feb

Ordered a dog coat on 19th Feb. Still no sign of it and no change in delivery status. Have requested refund twice and this has been ignored and they are blaming the local carrier even though it hasn't even arrived in my country!! Got a 10% discount code for future order which is amusing considering I will never use them again. Seems to be a bit of a scam that they take orders and money, advise normal online delivery times that are acceptable and then don't fulfill orders anywhere near that timeframe. My advice would be to avoid these guys
