DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ... I ordered a small cat tracking collar (order number #342426127) and after 6 weeks of chasing my order I eventually received a dog collar which was far too big for my cat. I emailed them for a refund and was led into a negotiating process where they offered me 25% refund to keep the item (which was no good to me). Further emails offered 50% and finally 70% which I agreed to because they would not provide a returns address (Netherlands?). 2 weeks after agreeing to this I have still received no refund and they are now ignoring my messages. Clearly a scam and to be avoided!

Not gonna lie I saw some bad reviews after ordering and got nervous but it turned out completely fine.

Fixed my wrong address before it became a problem

I messed up my address while ordering which I usually only realize too late. But somehow they caught it and emailed me before shipping. That honestly saved me a lot of hassle. Delivery still came pretty quick after that. I appreciated that more than I expected.

Size issue solved quickly without hassle!

Ordered the wrong size and thought it would be a process. But they handled it really quickly and sent a replacement. Didn’t feel like a big deal at all. No long back and forth emails. That was nice.

Terrible

Ordered a dog muzzle weeks ago who was supposedly in stock, (order no 342570627), kept getting tracking updates that showed it had yet to be dispatched. Emailed and complained and received a generic response. Now told it’s in transit with no assumed delivery date. I’m now assuming it’s coming by sea from China but never again. Useless and I dread the quality if it ever actually arrives.

Random order turned into a daily go to

I randomly ordered a few things without thinking too much about it. When the package came, I was kinda surprised in a good way. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and felt decent quality. Nothing felt cheap or rushed. I’ve already been using it daily without even noticing.

Did not get my money back after…

Did not get my money back after returning unused products. Only emails from customer service saving they are very busy. Just a dropshipper and scam. Dont buy!!!

Ordered the product 1st week of April

Ordered the product 1st week of April, got the generic email on how we are now processing you order. It was finally processed on April 17th..then came the shipping , it took forever. When I contacted them, they couldn't give a delivery date and placed on the blame on the courier for taking over a month to deliver a product. Product is pretty low quality, not at standard described, but in that instance you get what you pay for

This company is atrocious

This company is atrocious. I ordered 2 snuffle mats for my dogs. Not only did it take several weeks for my order to be finally delivered but they have sent the wrong order. I have received 2 dog leash instead of my order - and with a £10 value less than my original order.
Do not use this company.
I wish that I had seen the reviews before I had ordered. I most certainly will NEVER use this company again. Be warned and read reviews before ordering.
