Customer service is bad, items are not cheap
Just for context I ordered x2 tracking collars for medium average sized cats. They sent me a collar that was 9cm wide and average cat collar is 5cm. The collar was even too big for their waists and I sent them proof of this.
These collars wouldn’t even fit an elephants neck.
Order #342469627 - This is my order number. I do not want partial refund. I want full refund. I don’t want apologises I want a full refund. That’s all. Make this as speedily as possible I’ve waited nearly two weeks for just a response. I want full refund retuned to me by 3-5 working days, if not I will escalate this to a fraud company, trading standards and I will contact the officials at the international consumer centre to report this company to be investigated.

Didn’t need to contact support but everything felt smooth anyway. No confusion at any point. Updates were clear. Delivery was fine. Just a normal good experience.
I’ve ordered twice now and both times were fine. That’s kinda all I need to trust a store. Nothing weird happened either time. Everything just worked. I’ll probably keep using it.

nothing fancy but everything works as expected
Not great. Order placed 27/3. Finally received on 28/4 after chasing many times. The feeding mat I ordered was supposed to be 51x30but is actually smaller (49x30). The fleece blanket also doesn’t match the stated measurements. Should be 52x76 but is actually 48x74. All round - if you want something quickly to the UK maybe think about ordering elsewhere. The website looks great but it over promises and under delivers sadly.

If I could live it less than one star I would! Appalling customer service, cheap and rubbish product. The product I was sent didn’t work, it took almost 4 weeks to get here despite its standard shipping of 5 days and when I emailed that it didn’t work, I was sent patronising emails with WhatsApp videos showing me how to use the product, user error was not the issue. It took about 2 weeks for anyone to respond to my email, they then offered a 20% refund on a faulty product! And they couldn’t even get my name right when corresponding. Multiple people then picked up the emails so I was having duplicate conversations. I ordered in beginning of February and this is still going on. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company if you are in the UK. Worst customer service ever. Website states dispatch next day. 3 weeks later still not dispatched with vague responses from their customer service team. If it actually exists. Have now asked for a refund and yet to receive a reply.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a smooth experience. No issues at all.
No order (342518527) after two weeks, very delayed response to messages. Asked them to cancel and refund which they have ignored and state the order is on the way. I don't want it now as I purchased somewhere else. I am going to have to complain via my bank to get a refund. Terrible - don't shop here!

Dog bed I ordered actually holds up well. Doesn’t flatten like cheaper ones. My dog uses it regularly. That’s enough proof for me. Good purchase.
I ordered the wrong size and was already preparing for a headache. But they just fixed it? Like super quick. Didn’t ask me 50 questions or anything. Replacement came pretty fast too. That was nice.
I just wished I had read the reviews on trustpilot before I made my purchase, it took over 3 weeks to receive my order. The quality of the memory foam pads I purchased for my dog are very poor and absolutely not worth the money I paid for them ( made very badly in china) I feel completely ripped off by this company and will never order from them again, my advise to anyone reading this….. look elsewhere or keep hold of you money. PLEASE AVOID!!! My order Number was 342460427

I usually don’t trust online pet stores much but this one surprised me. The prices are decent and the quality didn’t feel cheap at all. I’ll probably order again.
