I recently experienced an issue while placing an order due to a technical error on the website, which resulted in me accidentally purchasing three pairs of ankle boots.
I contacted customer services and spoke with Katie, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
She took the time to carefully go through all the details, promptly cancelled the two extra orders, and clearly explained what would happen next. Katie was friendly and professional. Excellent customer service- thank you for your support!

I'd like to share positive feedback from Dune London.
I had ordered several pairs of boots from what was once, a huge highstreet store. There was an issue with them confirming the return and only issuing a partial return/refund despite being sent all the proof of returns.
I decided to contact Dune directly.
Suzanne replied very promptly, with not only an instant explanation but a resolution which enabled me to stop wasting precious time and concluded the problems I had faced.
Very impressed, I'll be ordering directly from Dune London in future. Thank you again

I've spoken to 3 people at Dune, two from the Liverpool store and one from HQ. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone, they have been incredibly kind, patient and understanding.
Shoes ordered. No shoes!
I ordered my shoes. They didn't arrive - courier Evri were updating me regualrarly and then stopped updating. Still no shoes. The reason i am writing a review is because of how I was treated when i raised the issue; Investigation raised, shoes confirmed as lost, refund processed and a discount voucher for my next purchase. Had a mishap whilst ordering a few pairs of boots I sent a pair to Dune whim I'd ordered from by mistake. Marie who I sent emails to got me the help.i needed. Kept me the loop and made it easier for me to send a company to collect them I had a blip and had to do it twice. Cost me a fair bit . But lesson learned check double check info.

Great customer service
Had an issue with the delivery of some new shoes due to EVRI not delivering them. Got in contact with Emma from customer service and she sorted everything out. Offered me additional discount which meant I could buy the shoes again and use DPD next day delivery at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service!

Suzanne - Excellent customer service. Looked like a parcel hadn't been delivered as it stated signed for but we hadn't received it . It had been left in the communal post room and Suzanne very quickly sent the details with a photograph. Had an email the next day prompting the question had we received the item and we also received an email from the courier confirming where the parcel was left . Excellent service when so many other companies are so poor

What a great service - thank you Suzanne for all your help. Had some problems wirh ordering through the webside but you resolved it easily and now I’m looking forward to getting my new shoes.
Terrible Quality
Really disappointed with Dune.
I bought a pair of boots which became damaged after only a few wears. The heel are literally worn through down to the metal, which is ridiculous after only 3 months of use for the price I paid for them! Not to mention they made me fall over. When I contacted customer service and sent photos, they simply dismissed it as “wear and tear” and refused to take any responsibility. This is made even more ridiculous that I bought another pair of boots from them around that time which I wore more often and the heels are still beautifully in tact. So clearly the ones that broke are a manufacturing fault.
For the price, the quality is unacceptable and the customer service was even worse. I definitely won’t be buying from Dune again.
