Ordered a custom fit bridesmaid dress. All measurements were triple checked before I ordered it - dress delivery was very quick and arrived within 10 days. Dress is massive, I absolutely can not wear this and now have to pay a seamstress which is another massive expense. The smell of the dress is also VILE!! Smells like off fish so more than likely going to have to get this dry cleaned. Both of us bridesmaids have had this issue.
Avoid at all costs!!

My daughters prom dress arrived yesterday. Very pleased with this purchase. My daughter is very pleased, and is looking forward to prom. Dress is excellent quality. Great communication throughout from the supplier. Would recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, terrible company

I am really disappointed with this website. I didn't know the product is coming from China, the material is very cheep I paid another 11 pounds for shipping. The dress wasn't standard in size... Awful .... for return after so many back and forth email I realize that the are going to following new policy for return which is absolutely ridicules as mustn't apply to the old customer. And so many hassle and again loosing money to return, no wonder with this untrustworthy website I can get my money back. So disappointed not recommend to anybody and not a
trustworthy website.

Only use if you are 100% sure you won't return. I ignored the warnings and bought 2 different styles for my bridesmaids. When I tried to return the 2 I didn't want (the two I kept were lovely) they offered me £25 back or to pay for postage to return (£30), get 80% of my money back with a further £25 off to cover their original postage to me (which was free and I kept half the items). I was annoyed so sent back and they never bothered to collect from customs so they've been returned to me. How you buy dresses without people trying them on is beyond me. I waited until now to review because I've read they don't refund if you leave a bad review. Avoid avoid avoid!

“Easy returns” is the biggest lie. They do not help at all or make it easy. To return (or exchange even) you only get 80% back AND have to pay to ship it to china. Ridiculous. I told them that their return policy was misleading and they replied “you should have read more clearly”

I will never again buy from them or recommend to ANYONE. don’t waste your money !!!

Number on website is a Chinese number - no one ever picks up.

I did not know this was a Chinese company - I do not like the lack of information on the website and the lack of clarity of delivery ETAs.

If I had known this was not based in UK - I would have not considered it an option and wasted time exploring in hopes Duntery was an option for me.

Seems like you bribe your customers to leave you a good review too.

This company will cheat you.
If your dress is not the proper size, they will not cooperate with you on returns. Ties and dresses not the same colour as advertised. They don't even have a google account where you can leave reviews besides here. Sketchy Chinese company and the sizes don't match. Please do yourself a favour and don't go with them. Ripping us off before we can celebrate our wedding is just messed up.

A few quick points:

- bought on 31st october hoping it will arrive before 15th November

- paid for express deliver £29.90 for it to arrive before 12th Nov as wedding is on 17th November.

- was sent a tracker which kept saying it was in Lille France but was a total lie as it didn't arrive UK until 9th November

-tried to reach out to the chat bot on the bottom right corner and no one ever got back to me

- 17th November it was still not here as tracker only mentioned it has just been handed to evri

-forced to change the delivery address and with no dress on.

-was fooled by the company being a UK company
-was fooled by the tracking system
-was fooled by the sizing of the dress
-was fooled by the website chat system
- was fooled during the whole journey.

Please don't be fooled.

19Dec - you keep bribing me to remove my comment which I feel is morally very wrong.

Why doesn't your chat bot work? Why doesn't your phone number work? Why is the tracking system so out of sync? Why mislead the public if the only way to reach you is via email?

I will not risk shipping the items to china to wait a month for you to receive it and get a refund as you may not admit you've received it / may get lost in shipping.

Please understand this as a case study and feedback for your company's future improvement!

I purchased a dress from this company unfortunately once reading some reviews I realised the dress needed to be sent back to china so I immediately after 10 mins of ordering sent a email to cancel my order.
I got a reply later that evening and no reply since when I confirmed I wanted a full refund!
I suggest you don’t order from this company unless you definitely know you want the dress or you don’t want a refund as I have now been waiting days for a reply and a refund.

The measurements on the website are incorrect meaning that you will have a dress the doesn’t fit, after being told to return the dress it would cost me £25/£30 and only 80% refund makes it pointless to return.
They have offered me £8.40 to get my dress altered/discount towards a new dress.
Also this is not a UK company. These dresses come from China which is why shipping is so costly.
Unless you are prepared to size up and get dresses altered at your own cost. Do not buy from this company.

Our experience with Duntry was seamless
I was a little nervous at the start so I ordered some colour swatches then ordered one dress to ensure we were happy with the quality. The team on email were very helpful and the items arrived so fast and were packaged well. My guide would be to take your time, order one and give yourself plenty of time before your wedding day. We ordered everything at least 6 months in advance to ensure we had everything on time. The sizing was perfect also and we picked the made to measure option for all dresses. We also got our flower girl dress and the whole thing was perfect together.

This company offered me compensation to remove my negative review. I did not take the compensation. But it seems as if they have somehow removed my review anyway. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. I had a terrible experience. Dresses came 2 sizes too big and the cost of returning and reduced refund offered made it pointless to return.

This was a wonderful company to buy my bridesmaid dresses from, the dresses were beautiful and the colour was perfect. The offer of custom sizes was really helpful for people who struggle with sizes. And great customer service too very quick to respond. Would recommend

Great customer service, cancelled my order when I realized I had ordered the wrong dress and changed it for the right one. Dresses are amazing quality, sizing a little on the small side but my bridesmaids are getting the size bigger and altered. But the two dresses we ordered to try we were very impressed with

Company located in China, not UK. Dress didn't look like on the pictures. If you return a dress you won't get the full amount back. I did return the dress through registered post, but it still never arrived.

The dresses arrived on time and of great quality.

Bridesmaid dresses ordered and came in plenty of time - beautiful dresses all perfectly matched in colour. Lots of choice of styles to suit everyone. Was originally a little worried about ordering online but I was kept updated every step of the way. Amazing ❤️
