Ordering was simple. Great instructions for measuring. They contacted me with a query about one of my measurements, most companies don't do that. Delivery was timely, I thought I would be waiting for weeks. I ordered two different styles and they were really beautiful. The material ( chiffon) was good quality and the dress was really well put together. No straggly threads, uneven seams etc. The built in Bra was a great feature. The two bridesmaids were delighted. And also boning under the bust, most companies don't include this and it is a great addition for the structure of the bust. Comparing the cost of the dresses, it's very good value given the quality.
Just a small negative comment (not about the dresses) . You package the dresses very tightly in a delivery bag. When I opened it , At first glance I was disappointed with the look of them, wrinkles etc. After hanging for awhile the wrinkles were gone and on examination I was delighted. First impressions are always important especially for items which are important to your wedding. Maybe a bigger bag.
I would highly recommend this company.

I would give less then 1 star if able. Absolutely awful service. Dress arrived in shocking condition. Completly creased and out of shape. Obviously left sitting in a warehouse somewhere and certainly not made to order.
When I try to return I get same rubbish about postage and costs and how little I would get back so in otherwords just keep the dress and don't waste their time..
I would not recommend buying from this company.

Awful! returned my bridesmaid dress back in March an just received it again 5 months later? If there was an issue surely it shudnt take 5 months to rectify it? Now its been returned after spending 21euro to return to china.Never again.

Do not buy from here, the customer service is shocking and they do not refund you when you return dresses they keep your money…terrible company!

Arrived within the stated time frame, great quality material, I gave custom measurements and they all fit perfectly with only length needing adjustment after they arrived.

I bought these dresses after being told in the chat on website that I would get a refund if I needed to. I used the size guide and measured to choose sizes required. They came and they are not true to size each of the 3 are a size smaller than they should be. After being mindful to check their size guide this was disappointing. They are not being helpful with giving me a return address and arguing that I can't get a refund as I will have to pay for shipping back to then which is fine but also have to cover the shipping to me and then will only receive 80% of what is left. One dress is damaged at the seam they are disputing this damage even though I showed them a picture. They are demanding a photo of my daughters in the dresses to prove they don't fit which is ridiculous

We ordered 3 dresses for our bridesmaids, each a different size. All 3 looked great, true to size and all quality made. Zips were strong and everyone complimented how amazing the dresses looked. Colour was true to picture and what we expected. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a dress from Duntery!

Easy and very straight forward. However, all 3 dresses are tight around the upper chest area. Might be helpful to leave maybe half an inch room around them. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I got support from the team when I needed it. I got 3 dresses from the website and 5 ties to match for the groomsmen. It was very good and the bridesmaids were very comfortable. The colour options were great and I also loved my second dress to switch to. The price is reasonable, I recommend doing the costume fit

Ordered a bridesmaid dress according to the measurements on their site. This dress arrived but was too big so I emailed to ask re returning and had to jump through hoops explaining why it didn't fit and send pictures of evidence of this. Finally was given a return address but this was in china so had to pay £25 to ship it. It has never arrived so I have not received my refund. Very poor system for an online shopping experience and poor customer service - do not use!!

I had researched which sites to use for bridesmaid dresses and I chose Duntery based on the reviews for the company. I was still a little wary but went ahead and ordered three bridesmaid dresses, 2 custom size and one standard size. I really am so over the moon with the service from this company but also the quality of the dresses. I requested a really quick delivery time, understanding that I needed the quick delivery time due to ordering late in the day, I dealt with Maya via e-mail and I could not have asked for better service, the dresses even arrived earlier than requested!!! We are all so amazed with the fit and the quality of the material of the dresses, they really are beautiful. I will post photographs of the dresses once the wedding has taken place. I would, without a shadow of a doubt, recommend Duntery to anyone looking for dresses for a special occasion. Thank you to Maya for the service and thank you to Duntery for the dresses.

Ordered 2 standard fit bridesmaid dresses in different sizes to try. Quality was good but length too long. Colour slightly off from picture. After paying £13.99 for delivery, had to then pay £30 for return. Bearing in mind you only get 80%refund. Constantly tracking my order. It sat in Chinese customs for 10 weeks. During this time emailing back and forth with Duntery asking what they can do to help. Eventually the outcome was that "it may be because of a custom fee of £36 had to be paid for release of dresses" though there was no proof of this. I was asked to accept a refund minus this customs fee which I ended up doing because it had gone on so long. I posted dresses on 5 Apr 23 and just had my refund (basically half of what I paid) 4 July 23. Absolute disgrace of a company. In their emails before returning they try to put you off doing it. Most international companies I have offer free post service. Not Duntery!! Avoid this company!!!!

Bought a dress, the size was incorrect, they all but told me to do one and buy another. No help, no assistance, just told to go away.
What a TERRIBLE customer experience for online shopping. I expect that from a store where you can try on something in advance, but for an item as fickle as women's clothing this is ABYSMAL.
AVOID.
