Friendly, helpful and very efficient

Sam was great, the whole process was straightforward and she was always on hand for any questions I had. I thought using the Thirdfort system for confirming financial and personal info might have been difficult but it was very easy. All in all, a great service and would def use again!

Emma was really helpful. She helped us find the best rates which was suitable to us. Communication was on point. Literally one call away. Kept us updated throughout the whole process. 10/10! Would highly recommend.

My broker Sam was positive and helpful from the start and I loved that much of our communication was by text, which I found fast and efficient while still feeling friendly and informal. Even though I had complex personal circumstances, Sam found me a good deal with a high street lender. I'd never have approached this lender alone as I didn't think I fit their criteria. The lender were a bit slow getting the deal through but Sam was there to reassurre me every step of the way.

Very efficient and smooth dealing with both Keith and Sheila. Highly recommend them both and though we hope to not be moving again after this current occasion, would definitely return to them in future.
