I know there’s a lot of people on here with complaints. I just don’t understand. I’ve used durkin for years. Their barrels have always been top notch. Working on my 6th build sourcing parts from them, ordered multiple parts for the shop and I gotta say… I don’t understand what the fuss is about. My stuff has always arrived cleanly with little add ins here and there, sticker everytime. Had an fitment issue with a dust cover for a particular build. Took three emails and I had a new part at my door in a couple days. I know people say you get what you pay for, but their drop in adjustable trigger is my favorite drop in I have ever owned. They do their job and they do it well over there.

So I bought a what was called in the description if you look at the pictures it looks like it is complete slide assembly for a Glock 40 style pistol handgun whatever you want to call it when it arrived it was missing pretty much everything that would have made it complete it had a barrel you have spring and it had the extractor but nothing else no backplate no trigger spring nothing I reached out five times over a month and a half and finally got a response from Lauren. But this is only after I had my bank reverse the payment. I asked Lauren if he would or she not really sure there would replace well not replace but provide the parts that are missing. Lauren's response was this I can't provide parts that aren't listed in the description. The description says it comes as a complete assembly. I don't know about you but if I was in the heat of battle and somebody said here's a complete assembly you're ready to rock and I threw it in there and it was missing the firing pin or some other really important components I would be pretty pissed. I made the suggestion to Lauren that they changed the name of their company to Drunken Tactical. This way they could account for their screw UPS and general lack of communication. Zero Stars zero likes negative 10 out of 10 definitely not a place to get your gear hard pass Run screaming away from this company there are other options to take care of your needs.

Everything is fine until you need to contact them. Been email 2x per week for over a month for an out of spec buffer spring. They respond about every 2-3 weeks. Worst customer service I’ve seen.

Great place to order gun parts and build kits. I've build 6 and have 0 complaints.

i ordered a upper and mag on june 26th and payed for expedited shipping the route app they gave me does not show any updates as well as no answers emailed them no answer called no answer i would not recommend them i asked for a refund 3 times no answer this company scams everybody as u can tell in the reviews

I ordered a barrel on the 7th of March, and they gave me a Route App tracking information that never updated and was never delivered. So I reached out to them a week after no activity and they tell you on their website if you contact them for order status updates, it’ll take longer for your items to ship. Folks, these people are far from being a professional business and it seems like they’re used to ripping people off. I got the Better Business Bureau involved and I have them as proof that I tried to fix this issue before filing a claim with my credit card company. I hope you’re reading this before you make any purchase(s) with this place.

Update on my 308 build. No Complaints has run with no issues. Also finished a 9mm and a 45 cal AR kit again no issues. Going back and tweaking some of the parts and making changes for no other reason than that is what i want to do. Have a 7.62x39 kit finishing up and another 45 cal kit almost complete. They do respond, but you need to be patient. When ordering double check everything closely before ordering. I have created some of my own problems. I can undestand their side of ordering. Keeping prices down is difficult to do if you are have to constantly cancel orders and issue credits.

Update. This company is the worst absolutely avoid if you value your money. Now the 8th of January still no tracking and minimal response from them. Purchased the ship insurance and they still report item never left their building. They did at one point offer a refund but when I said yes they went silent. Turns out they work out of a beat up storage buildin
g in Eudora ks. My bank provided their physical address when I filed transaction dispute. Avoid this place!!!!!!

Bought several kits and items from Durkin. Recently purchased a kit for 300 BO, and the barrel was defective. They were not very responsive, and when they finally did, issued an RMA. Sent the barrel back expecting a new one fairly quickly. They have not responded, and have essentially ghosted me, and they have my bad barrel. Very disappointed with their customer support. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I've been a Durkin Tactical customer for several years. I liked the prices and how easy it is to order. I've never had an issue with them and even put their sticker on my car. I've even gotten my family to purchase a kit from them. Recently I ordered my 6th kit as I had received an email from them that I had a 20% coupon that was about to expire. I put the items in my cart and entered the coupon and it showed the discount which was over $100. I then entered my payment information and then the discount disappeared and I was charged full price. Noticing this in the order confirmation email, I immediately responded letting them know about the error. A couple days go by and no response. I go on their website and fill out their form which says 24-48 response. No response after 48 hours. I call and leave a message, no response. I then receive a notification that the order had shipped which now it's been a week. I responded to that email about the problem and got a response but that it's already been placed. I responded to them that it was an issue with their site and have not received a response. I've even tried teaching out on their Facebook page. Still no response. They have good prices and I'm happy with their products. However, their customer support seems to be basically non-existent which is only an issue if you have a problem I see some responses here so hopefully this might get their attention and it's not a difficult solution. I just want them to honor their own coupon. It was the reason I made the purchase.

I have ordered from Durkin Tactical on multiple occasions with no issues. Their products perform well and are extremely reasonable. Shipping is fast also which is a plus.

Have purchased 3 kits and a barrel from them. All so far have gone together and performed. In the middle of a 308 build. Will let you know how that goes. Suggest you read their policies closely on cancellation or modification to your order. Understand it before you order.

The only reason they are getting one star is because i can't give them no stars. nothing works in their kits. NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING IS TO MIL/SPEC. CANT REQUEST YOUR MONEY BACK, OR GET SENT PARTS BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERSD THE PHONE!!!!!!

This is a Shady company !!!! They advertise ammo at a cheap price and slam you with a $100.00/$125.00 in shipping charges. Then if you want to cancel they tack on a 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company their bad news. How can they operate with suck deception. If I could rate them a 0 I would

Durkin tactical was able to cancel one order. They were unable to refund the difference in price on the second order, but did provide a coupon for difference in price. Not perfect but better.

I placed an order for four BCGs. Not only did the site submit a double order, but the price magically increased by $50 after clicking the order button. I contacted customer no service and their response was that there is nothing they can do once an order is placed. Total B.S. They sure can find a way to cancel orders that are out of stock.I will never order from them again. I am sure that my bank will help cancel both orders. BTW the email was sent to contact them within minutes if receiving the double order confirmation, and the magical price increase. Honest negative review on Facebook and get blocked.

On December 24th 2023 I ordered a few miscellaneous things and 2 pistol build kits. When I received my package I received all the miscellaneous Parts but only one pistol build kit. I tried to contact Durkin Tactical and never was able to reach anybody on the phone. Emails would take days for replies. I was dealing with they're terrible customer service. There customer service does not want to help you and does not want to answer your questions. As long as you get what you ordered in the Box. Everything's good to go but if you're missing anything you need to dispute the charges with your bank. Not once in the 3 weeks did they say that they would be sending me the stuff that I ordered or refunding my money. I had to dispute the charges with my bank that is the only way I got my money back. They were ghosting me making me wait as long as possible so I would go away and burn me for hundreds of dollars! This is after I've already spent over 3K plus with Durkin Tactical order number 429372 placed on December 24th 2023? I tried to work these problems out
With durkin tactical but it was impossible! Blows my mind that this is the way they treat their return customers! This is the second time I've had to write a review because Durkin tactical had it removed. I just want their customers to be aware how they treat their return customers. I would like to leave a negative five star review! Update February 29th. I only charged back $300 on a $650 order. Keeping the items I paid for and charging back the items that I did not receive. This is just a continuation of your dishonesty and terrible customer service! I guess Durkin tactical does dirty business. I did not steal anything from you nor did I charge back any more money for the parts that I did not receive. Dishonest people terrible customer service and the list goes on. If you guys would have taken care of business in a timely manner there never would have been a $300 chargeback. You guys tried to rip me off and I wouldn't allow you to now you're trying to make me look bad. There's only one thief in this situation that's Durkin Tactical

0 stars with this company. Violated my first amendment right. Posted a negative review on social media (aka FB). They blocked me and other people who have bad experiences. This company is bias too. If you go on their website its 4 stars or higher. I even submitted a 1 star review on their parts kit because it was defective multiple times. That's only the tip of the iceberg. I live in Pa and I have ordered 80% lowers multiple times from them. All of a sudden on the site it stated it cant sell to Pa. I sent a personal email asking why. I got a response it was an error in the system but if I order it will get shipped. I made an order it got flagged and charged 20% restocking fee. Thankfully I had the email to prove it. They gave me my money back but thats only because of my evidence. They still didn't send my lowers. Only excuse was their attorney said so. They offered me a lousy t-shirt for the inconvenience which is insulting. This company is ludicrous with customer service and performance. Update: 2/19/23, it’s not spamming because people need to know! answer the questions: why did you block me and other people on Facebook for giving you bad comments recently? Why does your product have all high star ratings? Where are the low star ratings for your product? Did you block or not publish 1 star reviews on your site? No, discount was offered only a t-shirt. You people blew me off. The only reason I got my money back is because I kept the evidence.
2/29/24 update: its not harrasment. You still not have answered my questions. People need to know the bad side of this company.

Received a AR upper in 45 ACP from Durkin Tactical...Fired 7 rounds through it, noticed a problem...End of flash suppressor was full of jacket material from the rounds...Cleaned it out, then put a micrometer on it...The opening is .40 , im firing .45 rounds...Simple math says there is a problem, jacket material clogging the Flash Suppressor says there is a problem...Made multiple attempts from Email, to phone to contact Durkin Tactical, zero response...Can not recommend...

My wife purchased a 350 legend complete build kit for Christmas. When I started the build I realized that they sent the wrong muzzle brake for the barrel. The barrel is a 5/8 × 24 and they sent 1/2 × 28 muzzle brake. My wife contacted them about the issue, they requested pictures so she sent them. Have yet to hear back or send the correct muzzle brake.

i returned several items and cannot get any response to let me know status !there is no way to connect with anyone about the issue!absolutley the worst customer service i have ever experienced!
