I placed a order and the items on the receipt were not correct. I tried to call and email but didn't get a answer, until the end of the day. They told me that it was already shipped and there was nothing they could do. The order showed up and I haven't opened it. I want to return it but they won't reply. They offer that I can return the order but after paying shipping and restocking fee, it’s not worth paying to give it back. If they would of answered the phone or the email, there wouldn’t of been a issue.
Why would I order something online that I paid less from them at a gun show the week before. Let alone 5 of them.

Be careful buying from Durkin Tactical. I bought a brace from them and it arrived defective. I immediately contacted Durkin Tactical to get a replacement and they asked for a picture so they can help me. I sent them the picture and then I had to send another email to ask when they were planning to “ help “ me . Well they got back to me and said I should go through the manufacturer to get my issue resolved. They don’t stand behind their products and the customer service is garbage. What they did is bad business practice and this is not the last they will hear from me. They offer No refunds … so basically no product support. If you buy something from them and it arrives messed up or there are issues with your order. You’re $h*t out of luck. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Be careful guys and gals. This is a crappy company.

Purchased "THE DON" & FDE build kits at the same time. I'm not new to guns but it was my first time building my own. I was very impressed overall. All components were accounted for and well packaged. The FDE kit matched very well to my surprise. First test fire no issues. Was impressed enough I bought another kit 3 days later. For the $$$ you can't beat it. Paired with aero precision M4E1 lowers. With trigger upgrade and some decent sights it's a damn good firearm.

Great lead times. Recieved my order within a week from purchasing it. Not only was shipping quick the prices are unbeatable and to my surprise on my build kit my upper receiver came partially assembled saving me some time

Durkin always delivers fast. Build kits are always priced very well, then with a sale, prices are unbeatable. I have purchased multiple build kits, all have been quality kits. Have not had any problems with accuracy. That is a big deal with a budget build kit.

I purchased a 300 Blackout upper, and would give it 5 stars, however the kit was missing the gas tube. Not a big deal as I could get one locally, but there is no easy way to get ahold of anyone at Durkin.

I took a chance and bought a kit from Durkin. I have heard good and bad but decided the price was too good to pass up. The buying process was simple and shipping was extremely fast. The parts are “as available”. For my kit I ordered a quad rail kit in 5.56. When I got it it was a 223 Wylde barrel and a hybrid quad/MLOCK hand guard. The kit went together wonderfully, and the first day at the range was a blast. My only complaint was the AR wrench and the flashlight I bought ended up not working well, however Sarah at customer service helped make the situation right. I definitely will buy another kit from them eventually.
